Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Have to agree with all reviews re hotel, location etc not a lot more to add apart from very disappointed pool bar closes 7p.m!!! Comfy sunbeds but packed very close together, some are in shade most of the day. I would come back tho as everything else is great. If u want to have a change from Greek cuisine can highly recommend the Chinese reataurant.
The hotel is in an excellent location and close to beach, shops, bus stop and promenade, all approx 5 minutes walk away.Rooms are spacious, spotless and cleaned daily. Breakfast is fresh and has everything you need to set you off for the day. Pool area is clean and Jenny runs a great service making snacks and drinks daily from the pool bar. Every single member of staff is freindly, kind and attentive and nothing is too much!

About a 10 minutes walk down a slight hill to the beach and restaurants ( I use a stick so I take it easy). There is a fully stocked supermarket 2 minutes walk away. The hotel is all we could ask for on holiday : excellent aircon, comfortable bed and spacious room. Rainfall shower. Kettle and cups. Safe. Spotlessly clean . Room serviced every day if wanted. Breakfast plentiful and varied. Pool is amazing. Cool without being too cold. Pool bar serves nice drinks and has a small food menu ( pizza, fries, salad, moussaka etc). The hotel has a laid-back atmosphere and there were many nationalities on holiday there. We had a wonderful pool view from our room ( 17 ) and could not fault it. Been to Greece many times but this was probably our favourite hotel and resort 😀

Zafiros Hotel, Santorini – Consigliatissimo!
Io e mio marito siamo arrivati a Santorini un po’ titubanti, ma lo Zafiros Hotel ci ha conquistati subito. Il personale è fantastico: Geta alla reception, gentilissima e sempre disponibile; Jenny in piscina, dolcissima; e Irene a colazione, che ci ha fatto sentire come clienti di casa da anni.
Camera carina, piscina bellissima e un idromassaggio poco conosciuto ma fantastico, perfetto la sera dopo il mare. Colazione ottima, davvero sottovalutata. Posizione tranquilla ma a soli 5 minuti dalla movida, con ottimi ristoranti intorno.
Adatto sia a chi cerca relax (come me) sia a chi ama divertirsi (come mio marito, che ha socializzato subito al bar in piscina). Consigliamo di noleggiare un motorino per girare l’isola.
Pulito, ben posizionato, personale eccezionale. Lo consigliamo senza esitazione!

Zafiros Hotel, Santorini – Highly recommended!
My husband and I arrived in Santorini a bit unsure of what to expect, but Zafiros Hotel won us over right away. The staff are wonderful: Geta at reception, so kind and always helpful; Jenny at the pool, absolutely lovely; and Irene at breakfast, who made us feel like regulars after just one day.
Lovely room, beautiful pool, and a hidden gem — a fantastic jacuzzi, perfect for unwinding in the evening after the beach. Breakfast is excellent, really underrated. Quiet location, yet just 5 minutes’ walk from the lively part of town, with great restaurants nearby.
Perfect for both relaxation (like me) and fun (like my husband, who quickly made friends at the pool bar). We recommend renting a scooter to explore the island.

Absolutely beautiful ❤️ We cannot fault our stay at the Zephyros hotel. Staff are so friendly and accommodating. Pool is spectacular, lady who runs the bar really looked after us. Food was delicious in an idyllic setting. Only a few minutes walk to Kamari where you can stroll along the promenade and enjoy an abundance of bars and restaurants. We did not experience any bad meals during our stay, would definitely recommend the fresh fish and pork gyros. Our rooms were traditional but exceptionally clean and the house keeping staff serviced with new towels every day. We booked 10 months in advance and got an amazing deal with Jet2 . Transfer from the airport also really convenient and about 15 minutes drive. Would recommend the boat trip with Kamari tours to see the sunset in the evening, absolutely breathtaking. Oia although worth a visit, be prepared for huge crowds from hordes of cruise ship passengers blocking the beautiful views. Fira was our favourite place to visit and easily accessible by bus. Overall the best week away, even our 2 teenagers thoroughly enjoyed this spectacular holiday ❤️
