Located in the northeastern part of the island, only 250 meters from the beach. The hotel is only 3 km from the bustling resort of Kamari, home to a variety of bars and restaurants and only 8 km from the busy center of Fira, with views of the caldera and volcanic islands.
The hotel is perfect for couples, families and solo travellers alike. It has 65 comfortable and spacious rooms, with a choice of different room types and a diversity of décor: boho-style details, traditional Cycladic architecture with an elegant contemporary twist and baroque-style furnishings inspired by the island's mansions.
All rooms are equipped with air conditioning, Wi-Fi, flat screen TV with international channels, safe, iron, hair dryer, and minibar. The rooms have a balcony or terrace overlooking the garden, the pool or the sea, as well as small pools located around the rooms.
Just steps from the rooms are our peaceful garden and swimming pool with a swim-up bar that provides our guests with a relaxing good time under the Greek sun. The island's black beach is only 250 meters away.
Our pool bar and restaurant offer an extensive choice of wines and food, drinks, cocktails, BBQ and snacks. They serve brunch, lunch and dinner.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The staff were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The room and common areas were clean and well maintained, which made the stay very comfortable. The view was also beautiful and added to the overall experience. I would happily stay here again and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Tom and I had a fantastic stay and truly enjoyed every moment. From the moment we arrived, Maria and her team at reception made us feel so welcome and completely at home. Maria is absolutely brilliant and goes above and beyond to make sure everyone is well looked after.
The hotel is in a great location, with easy access to the beach and nearby towns. We loved relaxing by the pool bar and enjoyed the breakfast buffet.
A special thank you to Stella, who was always so cheerful and welcoming. Our room was spotlessly clean throughout our stay, and the airport view was an unexpected bonus! We loved watching the planes taking off and landing. ✈️

We paid in full but never stayed here. The listing claims the beach is 100m away with full amenities — in reality it’s 550m, a wild, deserted beach with no lifeguard, no toilets, no restaurant, just drainage pipes on the sand. Staff confirmed on-site that the beach isn’t usable for relaxation. Our cancellation request was declined. Nothing matched what was described. Still fighting Booking.com for a refund 8+ days later.
Disappointed so when we booked we was told santorini karmar that was not the case when we got here nothing here apart from 1 small supermarket and 1 restaurant to eat the hotel is fine breakfast limited and always cold such as eggs,beans,infact everything us cold apart from the toast hahaha ,pool good no entertainment there's nothing unless you want to pay 20 euros 1 way and the same again back this is for a 10 minute drive rip off but it's too far to walk the town karmar is fantastic so ladies and gentlemen if you book make sure you say karmar town I my self would have but never been to santorini before so didn't know and it was hays travel that sold us the holiday never again forgot to say it's that that close to the airport you can wave to the pilot and staff all night aeroplanes the noise is awful no sign of any rep's the rep they have is only to book excursions to take money off you trust me this is all true but if you wish to try it yourselves go ahead but I wouldn't bother
AVOID THIS HOTEl Booked this hotel for 9 nights for our honeymoon The room was absolutely filthy dirty , headboards were all stained , shower door was covered in water stains, shower head was all rust and the door handle was falling off and only one tiny small window in it . Had to leave after one night and book somewhere else . Avoid at all cost
