Stunning resort with the staff to match oozes luxury. Its short stroll to the beach
Our third time visiting this wonderful place and truly we couldn’t reccomend it enough. The service is outstanding, every member of the team really went above and beyond to make our stay as special as possible. The rooms are excellent with great air con and pristine! A really wonderful place to go as either a couple (as we first did on our honeymoon), or as a family with young kids. 11/10 everytime, we will be back!
I’m not sure if this is the correct place to ask but we are going to this wonderful hotel on the 26th of August. We have been informed and are prepared for it but can anyone confirm that there is a local tourism tax at the hotel to be paid of some £290? If someone could confirm that that would be great.
We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this beautiful resort. We celebrated our 25th wedding anniversary here and this resort complimented this milestone fantastically. The grounds are exceptional, our room was spacious and luxurious, having its own balcony area and hot tub, with the maids ensuring it was kept fabulously clean. Mr Adonis the hotel manager and his team were absolutely fantastic, he recommended his favourite restaurant to us for our anniversary evening “Rizes” booked our table and arranged our transport and WOW! 🤩 . We thoroughly enjoyed our time here, would definitely recommend this place! It’s situated a short walk from the beach, but honestly the pool in the luxury suites area was our go to! The breakfast selection that was included in our stay was absolutely wonderful both in terms of selection and quality. Oh and another great thing it’s only 10/15 minutes from the airport! We’ll be back!
This hotel is a Gem. It give you the exclusivity of a 5 star hotel, prestige and exceptional customer service, the staff can’t do enough. Antonis the manager is hands down the most attentive manager I have personally ever had the pleasure of meeting. From recommending restaurants to activities, offering to take the load of booking and generally just being present. He wasn’t the manager who sadly usually have a certain air of grandiosity about themselves, Antonis was present always and at hand if needed, even off duty we bumped into him on the promenade and he asked us about our night out on his day off!
Would most certainly come here again if staying in Santorini. Cabs are expensive roughly 35-50 euro (15min ride one way!) but there are buses that charge 2.40 euros that will take you all over island. Be prepared to accept what goes with public transport when it is overcrowded and hot!
In 5 days we managed to do a great deal and I will review places we went. Rizes was the managers fav restaurant and it is worth a booking especially to see the sunset.
Prom is near enough few mins walk to beach and very busy with shops and plenty of food options and bars late night dessert places but equally the hotels food is fab.
4 separate pools not overcrowded, private areas everywhere. Beautiful pink flowers everywhere. Pool staff are great and pool side food is great.
Library for taking and sharing books brilliant open all the time, I will be leaving my book I purchased behind to add to library.
Gym - I love the gym daily on holiday, small but has all one would need. Only improvement here are that the hours are too late in the morning. I like a 7 latest 8 start in gym on holiday and it doesn’t open until 9am.
It is not noisy as there are plenty of break out spaces and it is incredibly clean.
