Location and rooms are excellent. Drinks are a little pricey. The resort is very nice and clean. That’s why I left a 4 star. Now the spa not so much the spa gets a 1 star. The room is not like other resort spas and I ended up getting a better massage on the beach. All in all though the staff at the resort is amazing and definitely worth staying but just get a massage somewhere else.
We travelled here as a family of 4. We had 2 rooms with private pools. Firstly the hotel is beautiful on arrival. Our bus driver confirmed this hotel is thr best on the island. The staff were brilliant on arrival. Helpful. Clear and welcoming.
We were shown our rooms. Our adult children had an amazingly large room and private pool. Our room and pool whilst a little smaller but still lovely.
Everything in the hotel was lovely. The staff were ALL AMAZING overall. The staff made this for us. The pool was amazing snd the loungers so comfortable. We did half board. The resteraunt staff again were incredible. All of them. The dinner/food wasn't always my thing but more fine dining id say and my family were really happy with it.
The pool staff were again friendly and lovely. The hotel wasn't too busy but wqs much too busy by the time we left and getting loungers was an issue.
My wife had an accident and hurt herself. The hotel were incredible. Including Constantinos who not only helped but took us to the hospital. Stayed with us. And even bought us breakfast on the way back. Unbelievable. The hotel did everything to help my wife. Concierge bought a sunbed to our room within minutes when I asked. And kept bringing us ice.
If I could offer 2 bits of feedback it woukd be more water offered than 2 x 500ml bottles a day. And secondly id love more food choices at dinner. That being said the staff did try to offer more when I chose not to eat 1 evening. This was more me than the quality of choices.

We chose this hotel after reading all the great reviews on here. This hotel is lovely, modern and very clean. The staff are extremely friendly and nothing is to much trouble. The location of this hotel is great, with lots of bars, shops and restaurants just outside the hotel and Fira just a 15 minute taxi away.
We stayed here for a week at the beginning of September. The hotel is excellent - with great staff. The breakfast is fantastic - so much choice.
We stayed in a room with its own plunge pool - which we really enjoyed. On reading other reviews, we may have been lucky in that our private terrace area caught the afternoon sun. This was a real benefit because actually getting a sun bed around the pool was very difficult. We found that people were reserving sunbeds very early in the morning - even though its not allowed.
My only slightly niggles were 1) that the room was very dark and had limited storage space and 2) our shower was not in the bathroom but separate, near the back door. This meant you actually dried yourself in the doorway!
Overall I would highly recommend the hotel and will certainly return in the future.
We stayed here for our anniversary, the staff were very friendly and open. We were accomodated very well and had no problems staying here.
