Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Went there with my wife to celebrate our 15 years anniversary, had a wonderful time! Great service from the staff, room was spacious and attractive, breakfast was your typical continental thing with high quality, and the views from the room were simply beathtaking! I recommend the Anor restaurant and also the Aegean restaurant, which are just a short walk away.
If you are looking for a place that combines the famous Santorini views with world-class service, Pegasus Suites & Spa is it. While the scenery is stunning, it was the staff who truly made our stay special. A huge thank you to Maria, Effie, Chari, Behzad, and Christoph for their incredible help—from seamless airport transfers to car rentals and perfect restaurant recommendations. The Suite: We treated ourselves to the Honeymoon Suite, and it was worth every penny. Having a private Jacuzzi and high-quality sun loungers meant we could enjoy the Caldera view in total peace. The daily housekeeping was charming, often leaving creative floral designs in the room. Plus, having a fridge and coffee/tea facilities made it feel like a home away from home.
The breakfast here is a huge spread that caters to everyone. You can get a proper latte or cappuccino alongside a mix of American staples (eggs, bacon, cereal) and authentic Greek treats. The spanakopita and dolmas were fresh and delicious every single morning.
It’s a very safe and scenic walk to Firostefani and Fira.
Just a heads-up that, like most of Santorini, there are a lot of stairs! It’s great exercise, but be prepared. There are a lot of steps – and I mean a LOT. We did see people walking with canes who managed the steps, but this side of the island is not manageable for people in wheelchairs or walkers.
The staff are experts at booking tours; our catamaran trip was a highlight of the vacation.
The hospitality here is truly exceptional. We leave with wonderful memories and can't recommend this team highly enough!
I booked directly through the hotel's website and received five confirmation emails, including welcoming messages saying they were looking forward to hosting us, together with a confirmed reservation number. Naturally, I believed my reservation was fully secured.
Just a few hours later, the hotel cancelled my reservation, claiming that the room was no longer available. Despite their mistake, they refused to honor the agreed price for another available room or offer any reasonable solution.
The Reservations team handled the situation very poorly. I spent 35 minutes on an expensive international call, repeatedly being told to "hold on," before my call was simply abandoned without any explanation.
The hotel later claimed that my credit card payment had been declined. However, my credit card provider confirmed that no authorization request had ever been received from the hotel. My card was valid and had sufficient available funds. When I asked for supporting evidence, I was provided only with an undated computer-generated screenshot with no timestamp or verifiable transaction details.
For a hotel that promotes its commitment to guest satisfaction, this experience was the complete opposite.
I cannot recommend booking directly with this hotel!!
My husband and I stayed at Pegasus Suites for our honeymoon, and from each moment, it was truly amazing—we can't wait to go back! As an American gay minority couple, I’m always a bit concerned about feeling welcomed when traveling, but the staff here made us feel completely equal, safe, and warm the entire time. Special thanks to Maria, Harris, Effie, and Nishan at the bar. They were so friendly, attentive, funny, and genuinely kind-hearted. They made every single day feel celebratory and special. Highly recommend Pegasus Suites to anyone visiting Santorini!
We’ve just come home from a wonderful stay at Pegasus Suites & Spa in Santorini, and we genuinely didn’t want to leave! From the moment we arrived, our experience was exceptional. The reception staff were absolutely fantastic. They were so warm, friendly and welcoming, and nothing was ever too much trouble. We had plenty of questions during our stay and they were always happy to help, give advice and point us in the right direction. It really felt like they cared about making sure our family had the best possible experience.
The staff at breakfast deserve a special mention too. They were incredibly attentive, friendly and always seemed to know exactly what we needed. They made breakfast feel like part of the experience rather than just another meal, and we looked forward to seeing them each morning.
And then there’s Nishad at the bar — what a guy! He was brilliant. He took the time to find out what we liked and recommended some fantastic drinks for us. His suggestions were spot on, and he was always so friendly and welcoming. He definitely added to some of our favourite moments at the hotel.
Our room was absolutely spotless throughout our entire stay. It was beautifully looked after every day, and the attention to detail from the housekeeping team was superb. The whole hotel was immaculately maintained and had that special feeling you hope for when you book somewhere as a family for a really memorable holiday.
But what really stood out for us was the people. Every member of staff we came across was friendly, helpful and genuinely attentive. It’s very easy for a hotel to look five-star, but it’s the service and the people that actually make it feel five-star — and Pegasus absolutely delivered on that.
We’ve travelled to some lovely places as a family, but Pegasus Suites & Spa will definitely be one of those places we remember for a long time. Santorini itself is incredible, but having a hotel where you feel so well looked after makes the whole experience even more special.
A huge thank you to the entire Pegasus team, especially the reception and breakfast teams and, of course, Nishad. You all helped make our family holiday incredibly special.
