Amazing holiday!
We have just spent a wonderful week at Goulielmos Hotel. The staff were excellent and could not have been more helpful and the views were absolutely stunning. The hotel is located just a ten minute walk from the village of Akrotiri where there are two supermarkets and several restaurants. It was a pleasant surprise to find that it was possible to purchase a litre of local wine for 15 euros in some of the tavernas! We would highly recommend Goulielmos Hotel and is great value for money.

An amazing stay to celebrate our anniversary
We had an amazing experience and we would highly recommend the hotel. From the moment we booked our room, until we left, everything was perfect; everyone was kind, attentive and helpful. The email communications were very helpful to choose our room and they arranged us transfer from the airport and to the next town we travelled to, after check out. They also arranged our table booking in The Edge Restaurant for our anniversary. The location is great, not far from the caldera beach. We didn't stay long, so we didn't hire a car, but if you would like to explore Akrotiri, I would say, it is easier with a car. That said, there are taxis and a bus stop not far from the hotel. We loved the serene atmosphere, away from the more touristy areas. The room was beautiful and all hotel facilities were modern and clean. We stayed in the junior suite and it was very spacious with a good size plunge pool; it was very good value for the money we paid. We loved the breakfast options too, there were lots to choose from. We definitely plan to go back.
A Peaceful, Regenerating Escape
The location is beautiful and the place is very quiet and calming. An amazing regenerating holiday. Thank you very much to all the staff, who has been particularly warm and always thoughtful; a particular mention to Theofilo and the receptionist who have been extremely gracious.
Vibes, emiotions and…wonderful!
Goulielmos, what should I tell to everyone? Wonderful experience! Position, view, staff, pool side, breakfast are eccellent! Something to improve? Room are good, but something could be renovated ( expecially in the bathroom) In any case, come to Goulielmos and you will find a Wonderful place, in a fantastic island!
A hotel we’ll never forget!
Without a doubt, this is one of the best hotels I've ever stayed at. My friend and I had an absolutely wonderful experience, and I honestly can't recommend Goulielmos Hotel & Spa enough. The room was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly comfortable. Housekeeping was exceptional, always making sure everything was perfectly clean, replacing towels, and keeping fresh bottled water in the room, which was greatly appreciated in the Santorini heat. Breakfast was excellent, with fresh fruit, pancakes, traditional Greek desserts, freshly made juices, and amazing coffee. The iced lattes were some of the best we had during our trip! The views over the caldera are simply breathtaking. Waking up and having breakfast with that view every morning was unforgettable. We also loved the location, it was peaceful and relaxing, away from the busy crowds, yet only about a 20 minute drive from Fira. What truly made our stay special, though, was the staff. Every single person we met was genuinely kind, welcoming, and always happy to help. A special thank you to Natalia and Julia at reception, Daniela from the spa, Roni in the restaurant, and the evening host, who even took some amazing photos for us. They all went above and beyond to make us feel welcome, and their warmth made our trip even more memorable. Goulielmos Hotel & Spa isn't just a beautiful hotel with breathtaking views—it has a team of people who genuinely care about their guests, and that made all the difference. I honestly couldn't recommend this hotel more. If I ever return to Santorini, there is absolutely no question where I'll be staying. Thank you for making our trip so memorable! ❤️
