I mean where do I even begin first day we got there we got told nothing about the all inclusive and just got put into our room, we then went down for food and as it had passed lunch time the pizza bar was on. It was 3 minutes to 12 and I went up to grab the pizza and the guy back there who was awful to me my partner and friend turned around to me and said “can you not read the sign it says 12” I returned with we have just got here and he just showed me away . I genuinely think the guy hates British people because everyone else he was talk to and smilie with. Another time I had just put sun cream on and it was semi dry he started kicking off saying I had been in the pool and didn’t want his pizzas to get wet and I just said it’s sun cream and he completely blanked me . My friend also went up to get pizza and didn’t say thank you because every time we said thanks he woudnt say your welcome or anything so she just didn’t say it and he got all angry and shouted “Your Welcome” she was genuinely so upset. And then the all inclusive OMG stay clear the food is beyond awful same thing everyday really cold and not much option, I lived off of chips and seasoned potatoes everyday . I’m also allergic to rice and I seen the dinner person mix the rice and then use the same spoon to mix other things. I have now come home with food poisoning throwing up on the plane and in the airport . The people around are just so rude it’s like they want nothing to do with you not even a smilie. If you want a sunbed you have to fight for one at 5am otherwise you’ll be sat on a chair everyday. Entertainment was so bog standard it was unreal the same thing everyday no change at all. And lastly the room our lights wouldn’t come on the toilet woudnt flush the safe didn’t even work and the toilet seat didn’t even stay up so you’d just have that on your back all the time

Booked a 12 day stay with the family.

1. The room was appalling, the toilet was leaking the whole 12 days, we had to mop up with a towel, the towels were not refreshed the whole 12 days. A nail was sticking out of the floor and the bunkbed was broken. The master bed was creaky. The hairdryer blew a light and was smoking!
2. Advertised wifi, there was no wifi for the 12 days and when reporting this the response was "there's an issue with the starlink" for 12 days!
3. The food was repetative, if you like fish heads or bolognese youll be fine! My children lived on fries and a bread roll during mealtimes. Not worth the extra for all inclusive.
4. Some staff were extremely dismissive and rude. They were snappy and unhelpful. The Pizza guy and those catering were particularly rude. That being said, the bar staff were amazing. Shout out to Vasilia and John!
5. The "animation" team/entertainment were less than adequate. 30 minutes dedicated to children during the whole day. They were pushy and very flirty with males. Not ideal when you are on a "family" holiday.
6. The photos advertised are not even the same hotel!!!! This was a huge disappointment.
7. No trained first aiders/lifeguards. We experienced a little boy almost drown, he was saved by another guest.

Dont waste your money. I emailed the hotel directly with various disputes and I have not had any response.

I’ll be very quick with my review: this is not a 4 star hotel, it’s a 2–3-star hotel at best. I want to hire the photographer who took the photos of this hotel for my wedding to make me look slimmer, because the photos advertised online are NOT the reality at all. We always stay in 4–5-star hotels and what a huge disappointment this was. We love good food and we love eating well. The food here is bad, with a very limited selection. I barely ate for 10 days. What a waste of money. Very disappointed. The room... fine for a 2–3-star hotel, but definitely not fine for a 4-star hotel.
