- Atrium Platinum Luxury Resort

This modern, luxurious resort is located in Ixia on the island of Rhodes, 200 metres from the pebble beach and turquoise water of the Mediterranean Sea. The more active tourists can participate in a wide range of water sports like windsurfing, kite surfing and diving, while those who believe βvacation' is synonymous with βrest' can simply soak up the sun on the beach or by the outdoor pool. Within the premises, there are other entertainment options as well, like tennis and squash courts. The contemporary elegantly decorated rooms feature rich, warm tones and bright accents, and provide the perfect setting for relaxation after a day in the sun. In the evening, the on-site restaurants serves an international buffet or Greek, Oriental, and Italian specialties.
We had a wonderful stay at the Atrium Platinum Hotel Resort in Rhodes. Although it is a large hotel, the service was exceptional and remarkably personal. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely welcomed and well looked after.
The hotel is in an excellent location, only around 20 minutes from Rhodes International Airport and just a short drive from Rhodes Town, making it an ideal base for exploring the island.
We booked a spacious sea-view room with plenty of room to relax. The balcony had direct views of the sea and the stunning sunsets, which we enjoyed every evening. The room was quiet and comfortable, with good amenities, a jacuzzi bath/shower, and a double basin.
The pool areas were large, beautifully maintained, and divided into several different sections, making it easy to find a comfortable place to relax. We could see the pools being cleaned and maintained every day, and the entire area was always kept in excellent condition.
Breakfast was another highlight. The selection was excellent and extensive, with fresh fruit, pastries, savoury dishes, Greek specialities, and many other options. We were always warmly welcomed by Captain Michalis and his team. Despite the restaurant being very busy, the service remained efficient and attentive. Coffee always arrived within a few minutes, and genuine fresh orange juice was served at the table.
A special mention must go to Martina at the omelette station and Bernd, one of the chefs. They made an excellent team. Nothing ever seemed like too much trouble, and they were always smiling, friendly, and welcoming while preparing our omelettes.
We also had an unexpected issue with charging our electric hire car. It appeared that we were among the first guests to need this service, but the staff went above and beyond to help us. George kindly called us the following morning to check on the situation, and several members of the reception team made numerous enquiries to help us find a suitable charging solution. Their willingness to assist and genuine concern were greatly appreciated and are another example of the outstanding customer service throughout the hotel.
Although there was a varied entertainment programme in the evenings, it was never rowdy or intrusive. On Sunday evening, there was a wonderful musician performing popular songs on the pool area as guests enjoyed the spectacular sunset. It brought what seemed like half the hotel guests out onto the balconies of their rooms to listen to the music while taking in the breathtaking sunset, creating a truly memorable atmosphere. Guests who preferred a quieter evening could easily find peaceful areas elsewhere in the hotel without being disturbed.
Our biggest thank you, however, goes to Eftihia in Guest Relations. She welcomed us as though we were relatives coming to visit and made our stay truly remarkable. She was professional, efficient, thoughtful, and attentive without ever being intrusive. She gave us many useful recommendations and also made our anniversary celebration very special. We returned to our room to find a beautiful heart-shaped cake, which was delicious, together with a bottle of Brut.
Eftihiaβs warmth and care made such a difference that we genuinely did not want to leave. Had we been able to return within a few days for a weekend break, we would happily have booked another stay immediately.
The hotel enjoys beautiful sunset views, impressive pools, and a beach directly across the road. We did not use that particular beach, as we had a car and preferred some of the beaches on the eastern side of the island.
Overall, we were extremely happy with our stay. The Atrium Platinum combines the facilities of a large resort with warm, attentive, and highly personal service. It is the people who truly make this hotel special, and we would not hesitate to return.
I absolutely loved this hotel!
We have travelled a lot, and the atmosphere and service here are truly exceptional. From the moment you arrive, you feel genuinely welcome. We will definitely be back.
This was our first stay at Atrium Platinum. We were a family of four, celebrating the birthdays of two family members during our holiday. A special thank you to Pauline from Guest Relations for helping me arrange a wonderful birthday cake surprise π
We stayed in a Family Deluxe Room with access to the shared pool, and it was absolutely amazing. We all loved it! The other pools were also beautiful, and it was always easy to find a sunbed. The pool service was excellent, the food and drink selection was very good, and ordering through the app was easy.
We chose the All Inclusive, and I can highly recommend it. We tried all of the restaurants and thoroughly enjoyed every one of them, especially Porfyra and Koi. A special mention also goes to Dimitra for her outstanding service.
A huge thank you as well to Maria at Reception, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and made us feel truly valued and special. She is a real star π
Overall, we had an unforgettable holiday and we hope to return again soon. Thank you to everyone at Atrium Platinum for making our stay so memorable!
A soulless hotel with no sense of artistic direction whatsoever. Long, empty corridors lit by harsh white LED lighting create the eerie feeling of walking through an empty hospital at night. The restaurant feels more like a noisy, low-cost cafeteria than a proper dining venue. The overall experience is anything but refined.
We stayed at the hotel for 7 days, by the way, this is our second time. We enjoyed every moment. The service is extraordinary. It is worth noting in particular the service in the dining room where we felt that we were expected every morning and evening. The waiters are there regularly and they already know what we like to drink and where to seat us. By the way, every evening at 7:30 pm the curtains are drawn so that we can watch the sunset. The meals are excellent and varied. The rooms are clean, spacious, and fresh bottles of water and cookies are brought to the room every day. There are lots of beautiful pools and plenty of shaded places to sit. The bar and restaurant in the outdoor area are both excellent, as is the ice cream parlor. The distance to the sea is short. The investment in the pool complex and the service is excellent! The atmosphere was lovely))) We will definitely be back
Upon arrival we were greeted with complementary drinks and then escorted to our room by Yanas as he carried our bags for us. The rooms are big and have multiple bathrooms and towels. The staff are all kind and helpful, like eftichia at reception who was helpful to us. We will enjoy our experience here for our 10 days and would definitely recommend.
