This modern, luxurious resort is located in Ixia on the island of Rhodes, 200 metres from the pebble beach and turquoise water of the Mediterranean Sea. The more active tourists can participate in a wide range of water sports like windsurfing, kite surfing and diving, while those who believe ‘vacation' is synonymous with ‘rest' can simply soak up the sun on the beach or by the outdoor pool. Within the premises, there are other entertainment options as well, like tennis and squash courts. The contemporary elegantly decorated rooms feature rich, warm tones and bright accents, and provide the perfect setting for relaxation after a day in the sun. In the evening, the on-site restaurants serves an international buffet or Greek, Oriental, and Italian specialties.

We are having a great time at Atrium Plaza! We just dined at Porfyra, a restaurant within the resort, and it was excellent. Shout out to Dimitra, who provides excellent customer service. She made great dish recommendations and was very attentive. Highly recommend giving this restaurant a try. I will pop back on later to provide a full resort review.
I have just returned with my Spanish wife to rainy London after spending a wonderful week at Atrium Platinum first week in October.
Temperature around 24/25, some days cloudy and even a spot of rain
It is a fabulous hotel in every aspect.
As many others have mentioned, it's the amazing staff who make this hotel what it is. They are every one of them friendly, welcoming, cheerful and professional. Special mention of the older guy my age 60+ more or less who works at the pool bar. Don't remember his name, sorry It's not that he's better or worse than the others, but because they are all in the bloom of youth, but he's young at heart...as the famous Sinatra song goes.
So what, apart from the staff, is so special about this hotel? Many things Are you ready for a list? Here goes:
And finally let's talk about the swimming pool and beach.
Only the children's pool is heated, the main one is not; so it's certainly a bit fresh in October, to say the least; in fact colder than the sea . But that's fine for me because I'm a swimmer rather than a floater. So I soon warm up...and the really great thing is NO chlorine to make your eyes red and itchy.
The beach is a public one across a very busy road and it's pebbly rather than sandy, just like most of the beaches this side of Rhodes. So If you're looking for a sandy private beach attached to the hotel...you ain't got one here... and you are unlikely to find one in Rhodes. But that's fine for us because we like swimming in the sea and then going back to the pool to sunbathe And the sea is gorgeous; clean with awesome mountain backdrop
Honestly, pool and sea are fantastically refreshing...so swim!
This is one of the very best hotels we've ever stayed in and hope to come back next year...maybe in June when it is hotter.

Sofia and Katerina, who work at the pool bar, have been absolutely wonderful. They are always smiling and make fantastic cocktails! It’s such a pleasure to meet people like them during our stay.
