This is located on a hillside of lush pine trees. The hotel sets the benchmark in comfort with spectacular views of the mountains and the Aegean Sea in the southern part of the island of Rhodes in Pefkos, Greece. The luxurious complex is located just 250 meters from the picturesque beach and 30 meters from the nearest supermarket. Staying in Pefkos can admire the deep blue as lovers of ancient monuments will be impressed from Lindos with its famous Acropolis, which is about 10 minutes by bus or 5 minutes by taxi from the main square of the village and at 41.3 kilometres from Rhodes Diagoras International Airport around 45 minutes by car. The area around is covered by several restaurants and bars and Greek taverns. The resort with its modern designed rooms and suites is where comfort and friendly service delight couples and families seeking a relaxed holiday atmosphere. All rooms feature a balcony from where guests can admire the crystal clear waters and a stunning landscape. All rooms are elegantly appointed with modern facilities including a private bathroom and a hair dryer.
Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as a seasonal outdoor pool or take in the view from a rooftop terrace and a garden. This hotel also features complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a television in a common area. Getting to the surf and sand is a breeze with the complimentary beach shuttle.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Please please do not waste your money on this hotel it’s actually bog standard and no one seems to care. The rooms are awful the bathrooms even worse the smells is horrendous. I didn’t even have a wardrobe to hang clothes fridge leaking water everywhere food was inedible no tea or coffee available. And as for the pool it was like jumping into bottle of bleach. The hotel is so run down it should not be advertised. Pefkos is beautiful and I will be back just to a better hotel.
Worst hotel I have experienced, no bar, no catering other than a barely edible breakfast, appears to have staff shortages, worrying cleaning issues, water supply intermittent, no upkeep, goats enjoying the pool, fly infestations and ants every where...wifi doesn't work ...walk away !!!
We paid around £1,200 for five nights, including paying extra for a swim-up room. When we arrived, we were told the room we had actually booked wasn’t available.
The room they offered us instead was disgusting. There were ants, mould and rust, and we have photos and videos of the condition. This was especially concerning as one of us is immunocompromised. We weren’t prepared to stay somewhere like that after paying that amount of money, so we left and had to pay thousands of pounds for another hotel.
What has happened since is even more shocking.
After we disputed the situation with Loveholidays after arriving home and asked for our money back, the hotel have now made allegations that we had been aggressive, attempted to physically assault staff several times and that law enforcement/police was involved in removing us from the hotel.
This absolutely did not happen whatsoever and we have a plethora of evidence.
We left voluntarily and have evidence to prove how we left, including evidence of the private transfer to the nearby hotel we moved to. We also have other guests who witnessed what actually happened and are willing to provide statements.
It is extremely concerning that these allegations have appeared after we disputed the accommodation and sought a refund - these false allegations are now being used as a reason to avoid refunding us for accommodation that wasn’t provided as booked.
If we supposedly attempted to assault somebody and had to be removed with the involvement of law enforcement, where is the evidence?
We have asked for the CCTV and evidence supporting these claims. So far, we have not been provided with CCTV showing this alleged incident. We also want to see evidence of the claimed law-enforcement/police involvement. Surely if this was the case, we wouldn't have been able to be transported and check into another hotel a matter of minutes later?
We are not going to accept extremely serious allegations being made about us without evidence simply because we complained about accommodation that wasn’t what we paid for.
We are now taking legal advice and looking at legal action regarding the money we have lost and the way this matter has been handled. Eagles Nest - you had every opportunity to refund us however these allegations are entirely unacceptable.
All we originally wanted was the accommodation we had paid for or a fair resolution when it couldn’t be provided. Instead, we’ve ended up thousands of pounds out of pocket and accused of allegations that we completely deny.
Think very carefully before booking. Keep photographs, videos and records of absolutely everything if you have a problem. Not only is the hotel disgusting and scamming tourists, they like to make up false allegations to be able to further scam tourists out of refunds.
Don’t go here. It’s nasty, smells really bad from the bathrooms and ants everywhere, on the floor, walls and bed. The bathroom is horrible, didn’t even want to take a shower. Other guests complaint daily but staff didn’t want to do anything. Got to shift rooms but the other one was just as bad as the first one. Definitely not as the pictures, wouldn’t recommend it to anyone
We stayed here in September 2026 well that’s a lie we didn’t even stay here we were told when we arrived at the hotel they didn’t have our room available we had paid additional for a swim up room instead they tried to put us into an ant infested room with mould and rust and I’m immunocompromised me and my partner didn’t stay and left immediately we were in no way aggressive but did address that the hotel was scamming people as they were still taking books for the swim up room we both have professional jobs where we require PVG checks. To AVOID giving us compensation the hotel are LYING and stating we tried to physically assault them on several occasions and they are saying they contacted the police and we were removed we left in a PRIVATE transfer to a nearby hotel which I have proof as it was given to us by the other hotel when we explained our situation . We have other members who have left reviews and seen us during there stay and are independent witnesses who are offering to give us statements as this is A LIE the fact they have brought our character into this. They are also lying about other guests stay saying they fixed the issues and they hadn’t to avoid paying back. You can’t get in contact with the hotel and they will LIE to avoid paying you back. Where is the cctv and the police reports? We did not have any contact with the police and were not removed from the hotel WE LEFT after seeing what a DUMP the place is £1100 for 5 nights wasted. This hotel will do anything to scam you and keep your money. THERE is 0 proof of any of this and they will make allegations against you to keep your money which is now causing me mental distress and I’m a mental health practitioner AVOID the place like the plague
