Lindos White Hotel and Suites

Hotel staff are lovely, Jimmy specifically was great at breakfast very kind and remembering our drinks orders etc. Rooms are cleaned regularly, cleaning staff very polite also. All staff in restaurants also just as polite.

No problems with getting sunbeds even when rocked up later in day there is always some free. Pools are also not too busy in general.

We did not go to much of the entertainment but plenty enough on for all ages. Music played throughout the day is also a very good selection.

Food in restaurant good times; good options to eat also. Lots of fruit/veg which is positive, all tastes very fresh. Ate at à la carte restaurant once so far for Italian, food was insanely good and staff regularly checked if everything was okay. Restaurant was also not too busy which made experience better. Crepe bar by one of the pools is very good, quite a few options, and the woman (didn’t catch her name) who works there is lovely and polite.

Location is good very quiet if that is what you prefer, beach is a quick walk, lovely and quiet, sea is a bit rough but nice to swim in. Only negative with location is if you haven’t hired a car buses do not run regularly to Lindos, however trip to Lindos is not far and a decent amount to do that. Acropolis is worth a visit also - quite expensive (20 euros) but definitely worth a trip. St Paul’s Bay also worth a visit - not too far of a walk from Lindos.

The rooms are great, you get water restocked daily and they’re cleaned and tidied daily also. Towels get changed every two days. The service at breakfast, lunch etc is great all the staff are very friendly and can answer any questions you have. There’s two pools with plenty of sun loungers, which don’t get overly crowded. The food is good with a lot of different food on each night, although breakfast mostly has the same food. You’re located just outside of lindos but the bus into lindos is €2.20 and there is a bus station there to go to other places like rhodes. The À la carte restaurants are nice as well with plenty of options on the menus. The wasps aren’t too bad of an issue unless drinks have been spilt by the pool. There isn’t much to do nearby the hotel other than one beach but there is a bus stop right outside the hotel which takes you into lindos.

We arrived late at night, hotel was very dark at reception area and stairs leading to the front door, I assumed it was closed. Once inside reception area definitely needs modernised as is very outdated compared to the rest of the hotel. Room was a surprise as Jet2 website shows old photos but the standard double rooms have definitely been modernised and refreshed, with brand new furniture etc. Room was cleaned daily and housekeeping very nice. Food selection is mixed, personally I struggled to find food as a fussy eater, I would usually eat out the kids section but one wasn't available. The food selection was very small for the size of the hotel but again this is a personal choice.

Service from all staff was always good, staff kind and always looking out for you if you need anything. Special thanks to Elpida - The Guest relations manager for checking in on us by the pool area to make sure our stay was enjoyable.
