This was our 9th visit to the hotel and it gets better every time. Itβs located in a beautiful location looking into Navarone Bay, just outside Lindos with a very relaxed and calm atmosphere. Rooms are luxurious, clean and spacious, and cleaned every day. The staff are excellent, very helpful and polite - George the facilities manager has looked after us for years and is always welcoming and friendly; Saavas the restaurant manager was polite, friendly and helpful as always; Mikhalis in Elements was extremely attentive and helpful throughout our stay. Adonis and Hussein in the Sensia bar and restaurant were excellent as always, attentive, polite and made sure we were looked after. Olga in the Olivino was excellent, polite and attentive throughout, making sure we were looked after when required. The service provided by all of them, including the other staff in the restaurants, reception and the shop went above and beyond our expectations as always. The experience was amazing as ever and gets better every year with small and subtle additions and upgrades made every year that make this hotel an amazing place to stay.
Our Second time coming and we will return again !
What a place - if in doubt just book it you won't be disappointed . I am going to mention some amazing staff members but they are all fabulous !
Special shout out to Savvas in the restaurant . We have had the joy of being looked after by him on both occasions ! Also in the restaurant, Mentions for Michalis and lovely Jenny who are great .
Antonis and his crew at the Sensei beach restaurant are very attentive
Adonis may take you in the buggy to your room . He is lovely !!
And then there is Anna and the reception crew .. We love Anna !!!! Joni ( spelling ?) in maintenance is a star ! And then the gorgeous Maria and Stella in the spa ... They are angels !
Staff aside - the place is dreamy - I would definitely recommend dining in Elements and we enjoyed an exquisite Greek meal in the Blue Fin .
Lindos is a teeny taxi ride away
Is there a negative ?? I don't think so !
See you all soon I hope
Thank you all

We are so happy that we chose Aquagrand Artistic Luxury Beach Resort for our Rhodes week long stay. It exceeded all our expectations!! The serenity of the location and beautiful beach front location hit the spot perfectly during an incredibly hot week. A must mention is the exemplary service we received every morning and night during the standout breakfast and dinner. All staff were welcoming and friendly ensuring we had a wonderful time and ensuring we had everything we needed. Special mention to Savvas for making sure I was taken care of in relation to my food allergies. The chef also prepared Special food for me so that I would not miss out. That's pretty special in my books. Some more mentions were Anastasia our host very warm and friendly ! And Kostas who always made sure we were looked after. We loved our stay β€οΈ at the Aquagrand and will most certainly come back....in a heartbeat actually!! My husband and I were sad to be leaving π
This is our second visit to the Aquagrand and we were not disappointed, just as impressive as the first time. The staff are exceptionally friendly. The hotel is adults only. The rooms are very comfortable and clean. It is only a 5 minute taxi journey into the centre of Lindos; taxis are very easy to get and reasonably priced.
I would also like to recommend the Lobster night in the blue fin restaurant at the hotel, the food was exceptional. Our sommelier Stavros was so helpful and knowledgeable. Also the service provided by Thanasis and Michalis made for a perfect evening.
If there is a criticism it is Rhodes airport. Although they do not currently require retinal scanning, on arrival, we queued for 2 hours through passport control. On our return it wasnβt quite as bad but I would still recommend arriving early.
We stayed in Aquagrand June 20-27. Overall, our stay at the hotel was pleasant. We enjoyed excellent service, comfort, and cleanliness in the room and on the beach, as well as varied and delicious food at the breakfast and dinner buffets and in the fine dining restaurant. However, despite the overall courtesy of the Hotel managers, we would appreciate more warm personal attention and care. We lost the first two nights of our nine-days stay due to flight and ferry cancellations, on which I notified the hotel the day before our scheduled arrival. In response, I received a rather formal email explaining that the hotel's policy does not allow latΠ΅ modifications/cancellations, even in cases of force majeure, and the costs will be charged from my card. Indeed, after receiving this discouraging response, I could block my card and book another hotel while I was waiting for my flight, but (unfortunately) being a decent person, I did not do this. In general, the Hotel's policy is understandable and reasonable, but I think in this situation, with us being in the stress of waiting for our flight, going to and from the airport several times, two sleepless nights, changing plane and ferry tickets, and so on, the Hotel management could have shown a little generosity and made some kind of consolation offer, such as a room upgrade, an additional free dinner or a transfer. I think this would have been much more in keeping with the high standard of the Hotel, which they rightly claim to be, and would have contributed to their image and reputation.
