Our overall experience was very positive, and we highly recommend this hotel to families with children. There are plenty of staff members, and you can really tell how hard they work—from the waiters and kitchen staff to the kids' club team, gardeners, and everyone else. Tables are cleared and cleaned quickly, the food is constantly replenished, and they make an effort to vary the buffet selection from day to day. The entire operation runs exceptionally efficiently considering the huge number of guests. We would like to give a special shoutout to Ermeria, who is a fantastic human being. She makes such wonderful connections with all the children and families while performing her job brilliantly. Big thanks as well to Maria, who went the extra mile for our children and ensured we had everything we needed to follow a strict gluten-free diet.
We experienced zero cross-contamination with gluten throughout our stay, so a huge extra thank-you goes out to the kitchen staff as well!
Cleanliness, atmosphere, outside and inside areas, location, food, entertainment, facilities all 10 out of 10 and to top it off a back and neck massage by Sergios which I would highly recommend.
The place was lovely, great view, good food and the staff were amazing. Special thanks to Sergios for the best massage I have ever received! He helped me relax and made my lower back pain go away.
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Lindos Princess Beach Hotel and couldn’t be happier with our experience! The entire Hotel is impeccably maintained, the rooms are modern and very comfortable, and the food is excellent. However, what truly made our stay unforgettable was the outstanding staff. ❤️
Every single member of the team was so friendly, warm, welcoming, and attentive. From the moment we arrived, we felt genuinely cared for. The front desk team and the Guest Relations team were exceptionally helpful and accommodating. We wanted to change our room, and our request was handled immediately and with such kindness. They quickly found us a beautiful new room, and the entire process was smooth and stress-free. A special thank you to EVGENIA from Guest Relations, who was so lovely and thoughtful. She made us feel really welcome and made sure we were happy! 💕
The restaurant team also deserves special recognition. The service was outstanding every single day! A big thank you to BLETAR and CHRISTOFOROS who were absolutely fantastic. Every evening, they welcomed us with a smile and made sure we had a table straight away. They were incredibly attentive and friendly. Our plates were cleared promptly, our drinks were always taken care of. Their positive attitude made every dinner extra special. We would also like to mention DEA from the Breakfast-Team, who was always so welcoming, as well as the restaurant manager and Supervisor-Team. We really appreciated the friendly greetings and the personal attention we received throughout our stay. It is clear that the hotel has a fantastic team of people. The level of hospitality, warmth, and attention to details was amazing.
One more thing we would like to mention: We are a lesbian couple. Everyone was really friendly and kind to us, and we always felt welcome throughout our entire stay. ❤️
