My massause was "Marcel" and she gave a beautiful first experience. She was gentle and good in everything.
Massage with Maricel was excellent, was left feeling relaxed. Sage was really very good and attentive. The actual spa area was disappointing and not relaxing. Area was noisy, within an area close to family indoor swimming pool, children shouting. No background ambience you would expect from a spa. Area requires separation and refurbishment.

Very Nice and clean hotel area, nice staff everywhere and great service. When the cleaners of our room understood we slept with our kids and put cushions on the sides so they won't fall out, they gave us kids safety sides to our beds next day. I booked a massage at their spa and got a treatment by Dimitra, very kind and gentle. Listened to what i needed and gave me a nice relaxing 55 min massage. For the kids this hotel is a dream with both small and bigger water slides and the hotel area is so big it never feels crowded. Can really recommend!
