Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The resort is beautiful, food is excellent, staff are lovely.
But the vibe is loud music and loud entertainment. This is all around the restaurant, main pool and bar, from 10am to 10pm.
Techno, pop, baby disco, the volume is high; you do need to speak up to be heard by the person next to you.
There is organised entertainment day and night; water polo, beer pong, baby disco. When it starts, the volume is increased and the staff use a PA to encourage people to join in. Good natured high spirits but not relaxing.
It wasn’t the calm oasis we’d hoped for or the vibe depicted on Aiora’s instagram. We hired a car to escape the noise. It’s perfect for those that like loud music, high spirits, and organised entertainment.
We are staying at the hotel at the moment and honestly this is a three star hotel not four.
The positives are that the hotel is clean and modern, the staff are lovely and there is a relaxed atmosphere. We had a shared pool room which was a huge part of why booked this hotel. Although the rooms are nice and clean they are pretty basic and don't include any storage for clothes.
The food is ok, it is fresh and tasty but with limited options it becomes very repetitive after a few days. The best food is the Greek restaurant, which is open during the day, serving freshly made pizza and pasta. However, the hotel operates very strict opening times and breakfast finishes very abruptly at 9.30 am, and the hotel bar only operates between 6-11pm which are very early when on holiday. There is a pool bar open during the day but offers limited drinks with cheap local brands spirits, beer and cocktails from a machine.
The major negative are the drinks, I've never stayed at an all inclusive with such limited options. All drinks are cheap local brands, beer and wine on a tap, with no options to upgrade to premium spirits or even buy a bottle of wine or Prosecco/sparkling wine. There isn't any drinks offered in the room mini-fridge, you would usually expect a few soft drinks and cans of beer. We've been purchasing our own drinks from the local shops which isn’t something I’ve even had to do before, as most options aren't drinkable. There is a cocktail bar on site which offers nice cocktails and happy hour from 7-8pm which are nice but you have to pay.
We were also celebrating a birthday during our stay and there wasn’t any acknowledgement from the hotel, which again you would expect from any four star hotel.
Our room also had a leak during a thunderstorm and although we called reception they didn't send maintainance until the room service saw the water leaking from the ceiling, and even once it was fixed no one came to clean the water and wet towels from our room.
Overall the hotel is lovely but they are some key elements which are letting it down which should be pretty easy to fix that would make a huge difference to the experience.
To make it a four start hotel they should consider upgrading the drink options to include premium brands, changing the operating times for the meal service and introducing more options and places to eat for all inclusive. They also need to sort out the evening entertainment as this has been very disappointing, although the entertainment team are very welcoming and friendly.
As it stands I would recommend buying your own drinks at duty free!
We stayed here for 1 week for our ‘babymoon’ whilst 7 months pregnant. We have zero complaints from this hotel, everything was outstanding. The hotel cleanliness, all staff, the food and particularly the animation team were perfect!
We really enjoyed the different cuisines each evening and the extensive choices for breakfast and lunch, including the snack bar! (There are also so many other restaurant and bar options in the surrounding area and the bus stop is directly across the road to take you into Lindos for only €2 per person)
A special mention to Mo, who genuinely carried the entertainment at this hotel. He was absolutely outstanding at his job, so inclusive, charming and charismatic, and his brilliant sense of humour kept everyone around the pool entertained throughout the day.
He had a fantastic ability to make everyone feel welcome and involved, creating such a fun and relaxed atmosphere for guests of all ages. His energy and personality really stood out, and he was a huge part of what made our stay so enjoyable. An absolute credit to the hotel and a star member of the team!

Very modern, clean rooms, really nice. I loved this hotel, in the restaurant you could always get a seat outside on the lovely veranda area, views were great. No queues anywhere. Staff were excellent, always cleaning your plates away & helpful. The showers were excellent, we had no problems, There were new extra thick sunbeds with beautiful sun umbrellas, really unusual. The beach in Lardons is not that great. We visited Lidos by boat, really nice trip. Food & drink were good for the money we paid. No complaints... I would definitely book again
As a well traveled holidaymaker this is my honest review as I am at the hotel as I write this review This hotel has a lovely atmosphere the overall standard is welcoming and friendly The rooms are bright and modern but not enough storage or drawers We had a swim up room which was small but adequate although lacking in places to accommodate clothes etc We arrived after 11pm no drink in the fridge except a bottle of water and a sandwich which went in the bin immediately never experienced such a disappointing array of food on arrival Only pre filled bottled water in fridge Tommy from the animation team was a credit to the hotel as he introduces himself and makes you feel a valued guest The staff are all courteous and friendly The food is ok always something to eat although not always the best ,having stayed at many 4 star hotels my personal experience is based on this Great to have real butter in the dining room but the worst drinks I have ever encountered The white wine is drinkable if you dilute with soda water beer is ok The spirits are cheap local brands as are the mixers no option to upgrade to premium brands I have never been to an all inclusive 4 star hotel where I have had to go out to buy drinks as the hotel ones are cheap and nasty The staff work hard, the entertainment is rubbish Who plays bingo now? Total shambles Everthing finishes at 11 and no option to upgrade or purchase drinks after 11 The à la carte dining,at Flames restaurant ,once during ourstay ,was ok as were the 2 for 1 cocktails between 7 & 8 at the restaurant With a few tweaks this hotel could be a 4 star hotel which I might choose to revisit again it is a shame because it could, with a few adjustments to drinks and entertainment ,be a great holiday experience
