Very lovely spa, beautifully arranged, very comfortable and spacious, caring and professional therapist, knew exactly what she was doing, felt very relaxed and taken care of very well.
I was booked in for a deep tissue massage with Ahmed due to lots of knots and achy body when training. Ahmed was brilliant and provided great customer service and massage. thank you .
From the moment we arrived, check-in was smooth and the staff were friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, there was a mistake with our room allocation from the hotel’s side, which meant we had to move rooms 2 days later. However, the hotel handled the situation well and rectified it by giving us a late check-out until 6pm and a complimentary meal at the BBQ restaurant, which was very good and much appreciated.
Overall, Rodos Princess is a great little hotel in a beautiful location, with stunning views across the sea and beach. There are a few things that could make the hotel even better, though.
Having visited the sister hotel, Adriana, you can see some areas where Rodos Princess could take things to the next level. For example, having water dispensers around the hotel would be a great addition, and there could perhaps be a little more choice when it comes to ice creams and some of the food options. That said, there was still plenty of choice and we certainly never went hungry!
⭐ Special mention – Dinos ⭐
A massive, over-the-top special mention has to go to Dinos, the lifeguard around the small pool and slides.
This guy is an absolute credit to the hotel. He goes way above and beyond his role, and nothing is ever too much trouble. He is constantly cheerful, friendly and brilliant with the kids. You can tell he genuinely enjoys his job and takes pride in making sure everyone is having a great time. Dinos deserves huge recognition — he really does make a difference!
Another big shout-out to Despina and Oleksanolr at the pool bar. Both were fantastic, always friendly, always smiling and great with the drinks. They helped create such a nice atmosphere around the pool.
And we can’t forget Eva at the crepe station — another lovely member of staff who was always smiling and friendly and made the crepes even better!
Overall, we had a really enjoyable stay at Rodos Princess. Yes, there are a few things that could be improved, but the beautiful location, friendly staff and overall atmosphere more than make up for the little things.
We would definitely recommend Rodos Princess and would happily return. A special thank you to Dinos, Despina, Oleksanolr and Eva — you were all fantastic and helped make our holiday memorable! 🌞🌊🏖️
We had an amazing stay here 2 years ago so decided to return. However this time they were a few negatives ....
Cleanliness of corridors , stairwell not great...there was a dubious brown stain on the stairs that was there for days Mini bar restocked however on the last restock they only replaced the waters not the coke and lemonades On our last visit we loved relaxing with drinks in the outside cocktail bar overlooking the pool....however the amazing team from last time were no longer there and often it was impossible to get a drink...had to attract their attention...if there was anyone...often gave up and went up to Apolla bar but they were only doing drinks for people in their bar ! My husband loved the brandy sour drink last time but this year it tasted different every time he ordered it! Food was once again amazing and as a vegetarian there was more for me thus time however restaurant was soooo busy...perhaps everyone has wised up to the extra costs at the other restaurants as a result we didn't find the dining experience that relaxing. Beach bar also very busy and we encountered lots of people when the pizzas put out they would grab the whole lot ! We found that over all they seem to have cutback on staff But...its still an amazing hotel. Food excellent. Beach fantastic with watersports. Rooms very clean. Sunbeds still available throughout the day. Daily aquafit fantastic! Great family hotel but I think we are done now with AI.
We spent 3 weeks here for our wedding (held nearby at Lythos), and it was easily one of our best holidays ever. From the staff to the food and facilities, this place is remarkable. Highlights & Hospitality
