This hotel is located in Kiotari, only some 800 m from the beach and approximately 15 km from Lindos and its famous Acropolis.
The hotel is situated on a small hill, offering excellent views out over the sea and the pine forest. It comprises a total of 214 double and superior rooms, in addition to a lobby area with a reception desk manned around the clock, a hotel safe, and lift access. Culinary options include the wonderful Main Sunset restaurant, where guests will enjoy a wide range of delicious dishes. It is also possible to make use of the Diogenis Beach snack restaurant. Further facilities available include a currency exchange facility, both car and motorcycle hire, a supermarket, a kids club where younger guests may let off steam, a laundry service (charges apply), and parking for those arriving by car.
All rooms come with an en suite bathroom with bathtub and hairdryer, centrally regulated air conditioning, a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, in-house music channels, a small fridge, a room safe, and either a balcony or terrace. The standard double rooms are fitted with two single beds (which can be connected), and can be supplied on request with an extra bed. Superior rooms feature a double bed in addition to a single bed, which can also be used as a sofa.
Leisure facilities at the hotel include a large pool area with separate children's pool, the Sunrise poolside snack bar, and free sun loungers and parasols laid out ready for use. Guests may also take advantage of the wide-ranging sports offerings (some for additional charges), including the spa centre, the fully equipped gym, and facilities for playing tennis, table tennis, darts, basketball, and volleyball. Water sports options include banana boating, ring boat riding, water skiing, water polo, canoeing, and pedal boating.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 3 outdoor swimming pools, outdoor tennis courts and a health club. Additional features at this Mediterranean property include complimentary wireless Internet access, an arcade/games room and a television in a common area. Getting to the surf and sand is a breeze with the complimentary beach shuttle.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
I think a lot of the previous reviews have been over generous. This is a well presented 4 star with no additional perks.
Pros The actual property - well maintained across the hotel, it’s clean & modern, everything’s really well taken care. Rooms - a good standard and housekeeping were great. Pool - 3 options and good views. Basic food offering buffet style. Location - we were happy walk to and from the beach, takes 20 minutes max but if you wanted the bus runs every half an hour and takes five minutes. Beach bar - is from 10 am until the evening serves breakfast soft drinks, beer, and wine. Unfortunately, no spirits are cocktails here. No service to your sunbeds. Gyros - the beach bar serves gyros & pizza for lunch and all the salads. Gyros was delicious 10/10.
Cons - Pool bar drinks are a bit rubbish. Cocktails are served from a pre-mix, not even any mint in the mojito. Plastic cups. Water - is out of a Draught rather than bottled. I personally didn’t like the taste so bought bottled at the shop. Drinks - Selection and quality could be improved. Only 1 à la carte restaurant - our visit was cancelled due to weather and we weren’t offered an alternative. Buffet restaurant - standard four star offering. Nothing is served particularly hot and when things run out they serve alternatives rather than what was an offer in the first place. Evening entertainment/ atmosphere - we would have a drink in the evening in the lobby bar this is the only place you could get a drink served in a glass but the atmosphere was lacking. The lights are bright and there was no lounge singer or any entertainment at the bar. 75% + play board games or cards to entertain themselves!!
The place was beautiful and well cleaned throughout my stay , the food was amazing and I had a massage from the amazing sammy too ,that was amazing the best massage iv ever had .
We had a 11 night stay at this hotel and it was overall good. I’ll start by saying I am the first to read a review and it put me off a hotel but this is a good option if you don’t want to spend a lot on a hotel in Rhodes. Points below:
Rooms - We were completely shocked at the room as it was so modern and lovely, was a pleasure to stay here. The view was incredible pool and sea view! This is the first holiday we have been on with a nice balcony and view like this (even previously paying a fortune for a holiday) really lucky to have this room Free safe Spotlessly clean, the cleaner was in the rooms everyday changing towels etc. Comfy bed Hairdryer Balcony was spacious and was lovely to be able to use this
Pool bar - The tables and chairs need updating! They are metal, cold, rusty and dirty due to the design. They are bare ale but it did put me off wanting to go over and eat there at lunch time. Pool bar food is the same every day and although very nice at the start it does start to tire by the end of a long holiday. The staff at the pool bar are great though and drinks are really nice and strong. My favourite was the strawberry slush which they can also add alcohol into.
Pools freezing - like shock therapy but this was in October! The pool areas need updating. The grout in the tiles is very dirty and it’s not appealing to swim in!

I'm not really one to write a review, but I felt like I needed to for this one just to highlight the variance and share a perspective that didn't quite match some of the other opinions out there. Overall, we had a really nice time and it was a genuinely enjoyable stay, though there were a few bits we'd expect to be handled differently from a four-star hotel.
Rooms & Cleanliness (5/5)
The Good: The rooms are very modern, comfortable, and feature exceptionally comfy beds.
Housekeeping: The cleaning service was brilliant. The cleaning team were really nice, coming in every single day to change the bedding, fix up the sheets, and swap out fresh towels.
Management Response: We initially booked and paid for a sea view room, but our first room didn't really deliver on that front. However, the manager was fantastic and quick to rectify the situation instantly, moving us to a higher room with no questions asked. We really appreciated that prompt service!
Staff & Service (5/5)
Hospitality: The staff throughout the hotel were really friendly, always saying hello and making you feel welcome. Restaurant Service: The restaurant staff were also really nice and went above and beyond in terms of service. They were always there to support, pouring your water and wine for you, bringing things over, and clearing tables efficiently. That high level of attentive service made a big positive impression during our stay.
Pools & Facilities (4/5)
Pools: The pool areas are really nice. The water was quite cold, but it was completely manageable once you got in, and refreshing when the sun was out. Pool Bar & Hygiene Challenge: While the pool bar area is nice, a major issue was food hygiene. A lot of the food, such as pizzas, was left sitting out on open display. Despite having a little shutter, it wasn't effective at stopping flies from crawling all over the food, which was quite off-putting and made us hesitant to eat it.
Entertainment (3/5)
Daytime Activities: The sports entertainers weren't as approachable as they could have been. For activities like volleyball and water polo, they would walk around the poolside holding a ball, but wouldn't actually approach guests or ask anyone to join in. As a result, because no one was directly asked, sessions often lacked participants and didn't happen, which is a shame since I love getting involved. That said, they were brilliant and very engaging with the kids.
Evening Shows: Evening entertainment felt a bit low-budget. The regular entertainment team, who also run the kids' club, delivered the main shows. While some previous reviews complained about a lack of entertainment, it is clear the team is stepping up to provide something, even if some of the routines felt a bit like GCSE choreography. You can't fault their effort, though, and when viewed as staff simply pitching in, it was decent. Special mention goes to the outside acts brought in locally: the African acrobatic crew and the JC breakdancing crew were both fantastic.
Food & Dining (3/5)
Temperature & Variety: The food was generally nice enough, but the biggest challenge, which many guests complained about during our 9 days, was that it was frequently lukewarm or cold. Luckily, we discovered a microwave, which allowed us to heat the food up. Additionally, the all-inclusive buffet suffered from a bit of menu fatigue, meaning even with different dishes, everything tended to taste quite similar after a while.
Outdoor Grills & Desserts: The outdoor cooking stations suffered from the same fly issue as the pool bar, with an open grill piling food onto plates unprotected. However, the desserts were absolutely amazing, mostly consisting of heavy cream-based treats, but everything we tried tasted incredible.
Beach Bar Food: The affiliated beach is lovely with a great swimming spot, though you need to grab sunbeds before 10:00 AM since people tend to reserve multiple beds for a couple of people without staff managing it. As for the food there, it was slightly better because they had access to a proper pizza oven, making the pizzas taste much nicer, and gyros cooked fresh to order. The rest of the beach food, however, was on par with the main pool buffet, meaning the fly challenge was present there too.
Location & Access (4/5) Travel Times: The hotel is located about 30 to 45 minutes away from Lindos, and roughly a two-hour bus ride from Rhodes town. It is a significant journey, but at just €7 for the bus to Rhodes, you really can’t complain as long as you're prepared for the long ride.
Pros & Cons
Pros: Exceptionally friendly and attentive staff who go above and beyond with restaurant service. Brilliantly clean rooms with daily housekeeping and comfortable beds. Proactive, helpful management who swiftly resolved our room issue. Lovely pools and a gorgeous affiliated beach. Incredible dessert selection. Friendly team who are great with kids and visiting local performance acts.
Cons: Open-air food displays at the pool and beach bars attracted flies. Buffet food was frequently lukewarm or cold. Daytime sports animators lacked proactive outreach to get guests involved. Sunbed hogging at the beach went unmanaged. Long travel times to nearby towns, though affordable via bus.

We visit Rhodes regularly and I am so pleased we picked Princess Sun for our stay which was excellent value for money.
A beautiful hotel, very clean, and our room was spotless each day. A stunning sea view directly from our room was gorgeous. The bed was extra king size, super comfy and the shower was powerful and clean with lovely shower gel.
The staff were very caring and thoughtful. Special mention to VALENTINO who went above and beyond for our young son and other staff members (including Alexandra) at the main restaurant who work tirelessly and are warm and welcoming.
There is access to excellent beach bar part of Rodos Princess (free bus shuttle service to and from Princess Sun every half an hour) which serves drinks and brilliant gyros (and a selection of other food) right on the beach, with free sun loungers so a special perk there. Well stocked supermarket on hotel grounds as well as a spa (my husband enjoyed a massage).
My son lost his teddy horse in the laundry and the head of house keeping and reception managed to get it back for us! Absolutely incredible and so caring.
The entertainment team also work tirelessly - fantastic kids club and shaded play area, mini disco each night at 8:30 which my son enjoyed and made friends with another lovely little boy, and different shows on at 9:15 each night.
Pools were great (though cold that’s the same in all of Greece!) and my son loved the slides. Lifeguards on duty most days which was appreciated.
I needed a good holiday and this gave me exactly that. Thank you very much.
