Princess Andriana Resort and Spa

We recently come back from our stay at this hotel and was pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The cleanliness of the hotel was superb and the housekeeping was efficient every morning without fail. A negative review I have within the room was the single bed which was for my daughter, but unfortunately was like a metal fold up and really uncomfortable for her to sleep in! Other places I have stayed in you have had a proper bed and mattress or even a sofa bed which has been more comfortable.

The moonlight restaurant was spectacular and I highly recommend, the service was fantastic and choice of menu was great. Another restaurant we enjoyed was the Indian and again service and staff was great. The hotel is quite far from the main towns and took around 2 hours on bus to Rhodes old down but cheaper than having a private taxi which was estimated around 90 euros one way! I would recommend to visit the town as it was beautiful and lots to explore and do as family. Also Lindos was great to visit which was around 30 minutes on the bus costing just under 10 euro for 3 people.

If staying at this hotel there was a lovely place up the road to eat called NOSH the food was beautiful especially the parmesan truffle fries which is like a meal itself.
The waterpark was great for families and variety of different slides and a splash park to suit all different ages. Unfortunately the staff there was very miserable and strict when trying to get out of the water after coming from the slides. The ice cream parlour located this was amazing and a variety of all different flavours with different choice toppings. The entertainment itself was great, they all worked so hard from day to night and always put on a great show. The highlight of the holiday was every night at 9pm the rainbow fountain was fantastic and spectacular to watch. Tips they could improve on as it is a 5 star hotel going forward... -No iron or ironing board in rooms

• Repetitive food in the main restaurant
• The floors were very slippery by the pool which is dangerous with kids
• The snack bars were all the same and no change of food options
• would of been nice to have bingo one night for families are that is normally poplar on holiday.

Lovely hotel and staff but just not quite right…

Just returned from a week here, had a pretty nice time but came away realising that the 5* is really pushing it a bit. Don’t get me wrong- the hotel, grounds and staff are lovely, with ok rooms, pretty good food in some areas but there is no way this is 5*! My gut feeling is the cleanliness and range of facilities is pushing this rating but that is really not the case.

The food ranges in quality from the main buffet which at times is awful with the volume of people, to lovely restaurants you need to book. The moonlight restraunt is by far the best.

The drinks are advertised as all inclusive plus - this does mean they have branded shorts etc BUT the beer and wines are local. We paid €31 for a bottle of Pinot Grigio and €7 for a bottle of Mythos (yes Greek beer in Greece) so word of warning - all inc + is crap. The cocktails are hot and miss and the wife hated the pool bar… she felt the drinks were watered down and tasteless.

Rooms are really basic, they do refill the fridge but not every day - and just a couple of beers and soft drinks/ water.

Oh and the staff in the on site shop buck the trend; they are truly rude and awful - don’t go in there, walk across the road to move people with more choice.

In fairness we had a good relaxing week but would never go back, it’s great for families with it’s resources but for us, just not worth the money.

Amazing massage and facial, we were in a double room within the indoor swimming area it got a bit loud at some points but was okay, and was quite bright, but other than that it was perfect!
