I’ve never written a review before but i’m honestly just so disappointed with our stay so far.

We are here currently. To start when we arrived, the hotel is absolutely beautiful, it’s a lovely place, the location is very nice, the food so far is good, pools and sunbeds are ample and we were initially greeted with great hospitality.

We paid for the garden view room which we understand won’t be as good as sea view or pool view, but what we didn’t expect was to be given a view of bins and rubbish after seeing it advertised as “well trimmed gardens” However the main problem is that or shower leaks out into the actual room everytime we use it, this has caused mould and dirt in multiple areas, we have shown this to reception multiple times, easyjet have even called the hotel to try and sort this but getting the room changed just seems to keep being avoided. They have said go back to reception in the morning to potentially have a room change, but i honestly can’t see that happening at this point and either way we have had to waste 2 days in these conditions. They have sent house keeping and maintenance many times to “fix” this but everytime we look, nothing has changed, it’s still filthy and the shower still leaks.

We appreciate that mistakes happen and we have given a lot of grace, but our first days have felt uncomfortable and awkward because it just feels as though we are annoying everyone simply for asking for a clean, well functioning room. I don’t feel it is unreasonable to request a change of rooms considering how bad this is (i will include pictures). Also considering i am a very anxious person even just bringing these issues up has been very difficult for me, to be greeted with not much help and not even an apology for the issues is very embarrassing and frustrating.

On top of this as we are on all inclusive we should be having our fridge restocked daily, we called this afternoon to check if it’s going to be stocked, they said it will be restocked by 3pm as long as we don’t have a do not disturb sign on, which we do not. it’s now 6pm and we have come back to the fridge still not being restocked. We have now called reception and immediately they told us we must have had the do not disturb sign on, which we categorically did not. We are yet to see if they actually restock us. I am honestly past the point of going back and forth with reception because nothing is happening, we’re being treated like it’s our fault there is so many issues and for the price you pay to be here you expect things to at least be half decent. I will absolutely be happy to reconsider my review if these issues are resolved but as of right now, nothing is happening and we are very uncomfortable.
