This is a magnificent resort, a unique masterpiece of architecture. The hotel has borrowed many features from the ancient town of Rhodes and really stands out with its impressive colour combinations. Wealth, space and elegance are the predominant elements here. Guests become enchanted by the setting, the colours and the collection of wall paintings. The accommodation units are carefully appointed and offer all the comforts of a resort. All guest rooms feature individually regulated air-conditioning and heating and an en-suite bathroom. Guests of all ages can choose between the 3 freshwater swimming pools including a waterfall, a children's swimming area and a poolside snack bar, not forgetting the beautiful sandy beach, ideal for families and romantic couples.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. After dipping into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools, you can spend some time at the private beach. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and babysitting (surcharge).
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Spent 2 weeks here. We were in a superior room in the main building our first room on the lower floor was extremely dark with no view whatsoever. We managed to change after two days to a higher floor which was much brighter. Room was kept clean and mini bar filled up daily. In my opinion this isn’t the place for anyone with mobility issues as it’s set into a cliff on many levels. Beach was a hike to get to with many steps. There was a courtesy vehicle to take and pick up but was very unreliable. Beach filled up very quickly in the morning with people placing towels and leaving until much later. The nicest à la carte restaurant was the pan Asian but we only managed one visit. The other à la cartes were ok with service hot and miss. Food in the buffet pretty repetitive but enjoyed the salad bar and cakes. Staff we engaged there were Vanessa and Dave and also the lovely assistant manager whose name I’ve forgotten- sorry. Very long waits at the two bars in reception especially at night. We ended up going to a bar over the road. Drinks not great here with bottled sweet tonic and white and rose wine which we couldn’t drink. There were lots of babies and toddlers here which I hadn’t realised. That’s my fault for not doing my research! It was difficult to find a quiet spot with kids zooming around everywhere 😩 To finish not the hotel for us but the weather was fantastic!
• The hotel is pretty well kept, although we had issues with our toilet flush that was reported but not acted upon • Food is generally good and fresh, although service can be slow in the restaurants and bars • Staff are all very friendly • There are lots of young babies and children when we visited so expect screams and tantrums. A good place for young kids, but not if you want a quiet break • We always got a sunbed • They didn’t have a room for us on the 1st night so we stayed in a sister hotel, but they upgraded our room with its own pool & day bed • An overall decent experience
Lovely hotel which has recently done up so is very nicely decorated. Friendly and helpful staff. Great food. Only negative is being forced to listen to the lifeguard blasting rubbish on his phone whilst trying to relax round the pool. Something I expect from inconsiderate guests but pretty shocking from staff! I suppose there’s nowhere you can go nowadays without being subject to someone selfish’s tinny speakerphone.
Staying here currently, lovely hotel, but the two bars on the reception level need more staff, queues are unacceptable for this lovely hotel!!
Really nice resort and very nice guys from animation team! They have been so nice with us, mostly Sofie with her sweet smile and her amazing energy, let us have fun with her fantastic Acquazumba!
