Very nice hotel very clean staff very friendly food very nice with much variety. Fantastic pool view ... drinks accepted. I would like to mention the animator Ilias we had a lot of fun with him special awer 2 teenagers boys .

It was our first time in Rhodes Virginia hotel.me and my girl friend we left on Saturday 03 Sep.our stay was very good in hotel except 1 raining day. STAFF friendly and helpful FOOD tasty and variant specialy the pita and pizza corner. ROOM big and everyday doing by cleaning lady SWIMMING POOL big with water slide RECEPTION helpful ANIMATION good and special thanks to ilias always present daily and evening .we enjoy the ouzo show. DRINKS correct for 4 stars hotel GENERALY good experience and probably we will see you next year.
We travelled to Virginia Family resort as a group of 20 family and friends to celebrate my daughters 30th birthday. Age ranges from 28 to 77. From check in to departure we had a fabulous time. Rooms were spotless and a very good size. Whole hotel very well presented. All the staff were very friendly but Teo made it what it was. Hes the bar and restaurant manager and worth his weight in gold ! He arranged a birthday cake for my daughter, made sure seating arrangements were made to accomodate us all and booked us a special trip to symi island for us. I cannot praise Teo enough ! He went above and beyond to make our stay special. I'd say hes one of the reasons we all wish to return to the Virginia ! The complex itself is wonderfully kept, pool areas clean etc. There are other bars, shops, restaurants etc within walking distance but the atmosphere at the Virginia kept us there most of the time. I would reccommend the Virginia to everyone. Can't wait to return !
Customer service at the front desk is horrible. We encountered two different front desk women and it was a nightmare. First one told us that we could extend our stay and when we went to pay for it the manager told us that we were never told it would be ok, as she had not not check the arrivals yet. More so, no note was taken of our wish. Both encounter were cold and far from being friendly.
The application showed that children’s disco was at 7:30pm. As it was lightning and we went to ask about its location the front desk was clueless. They also told us that the time was what the leaflet showed, which was 8:30pm. At 8:30 we asked about the location again and got the same answer. The disco itself started at 9pm.
Food is 50% labeled which makes it hard for anyone with restrictions to easily find suitable food.
You can hear everything from neighboring rooms.
Housekeepers and dinner staff are lovely!
Location is nice. Food has variety.
We stayed with two kids: 5 & 7.
