An amazing hotel from start to finish Including bar staff reception staff and restaurant staff,visited the spar and had a full body massage with Lena and Antonia which was amazing, Restaurant staff remembered us from previous years all amazing and friendly If you were thinking of booking this is the place
You can not fault the the staff always happy to help and resolve any problems quickly and efficiently. The cleaners are happy and chatty and keep the rooms spotless. The bar staff specially George are fantastic, even when the Bar is very busy they remember your favourite drink. But then we come to the food in the main buffet room we came as a family of 9 and also a family of 4 friends and I must point out we are far from fussy eaters but the food although plenty off options if you like (Fish )....not enough variety of other foods ,there are some but not enough specially for the younger ones and my son in-law all found it hard to find something they liked and the main thing is the food seemed just warm bordering cold . Also 3 of the group have had sickness and diarrhea but we all eat the same so couldn't quite nail down the causes. The saltwater pool bar though served a good variety of hot food like gyros which are amazing, burgers pizza chips etc which helped with the more fussy of us. The entertainment was very sparse at night although the violinist and saxophone acts were fantastic but didn't last very long around 1 and half hrs . The hotel just needs that bit of kick up the butt to bring it up to date with things ie entertainment and food options . Would we come back possibly if changes were made. Our experience and rating is a 4 star hotel sorry guy's just being honest.
The service was excellent at the hotel, especially at the Gaia restaurant! They made sure we had everything we needed all the time! We were mostly served by Armando and Kostakis. We got the names from them personally. We are very pleased by the service they gave us.
We payed extra, to have see side, but we received the room with trees in front of our room at main floor with no vie. The reception somehow change us the room. Is very small private beach for such big hotel, and we were disapointed, that we need the renta-car to going somewhere to swim. The pools were cold and during the day only one bar with food working. If not easy to walk up and down if you have problems with legs. Nothing to do around. The location of hotel is good for calm down, reading the books and stay at hotel. Food and staff are good, friendly and helpfuly, spa is for 3 star not 5 star. and TT is extremly expensive. FOr kids is not aniamtions and only one snack bar for such big Hotel. We rekemond you to organize suttles for firs closer beach. The room was clean
