An absolute masterpiece of a resort. I don’t think words can justify how spectacular the Elissa team is. Guest services were spot on and very helpful. The restaurants were all amazing. The staff and customer service was exceptional. We had a pool sharing sea view. Honestly couldn’t not find a better view and access to a beach. Big shouts outs to Lamper for making the evening music bar a hit. The on site Somalia. Gregory really went above and beyond to connect wine with memories. The pool bar bartenders were great. I literally can’t say enough about this resort. If you are in between destinations look no more and book this place. Highlights. The couples massage. Sushi master class, cocktail master class, wine master class. Take advantage of these events.
Lovely Adults hotel with direct pool access
We were allocated a room in building 9, for us it was quiet with a long pool so suited us. If we return then we will ask for the same room. It was a ground floor room with direct pool access and we loved it. A nice touch that room service is included. The food was all excellent, stayed for 5 nights and went to 4 à la cartes. Service was very good apart from our last night in the Masari restaurant. I had to ask to order the drinks, then they brought out the first course still no drinks so I asked again. The each course was exceptionally slow. I ended up pouring the wine twice as no one came to top it up and then they took away the bottle of wine that was unfinished. Such a shame as this was not a reflection of what we had experienced on the other 4 nights. Room was very spacious, some of the grounds were in need of a bit of attention in places, the gardens seemed very neglected. We also went on a 3 house boat trip at prestige yachts which is located at the hotel, this was very good and reasonably priced. We would definitely return to this hotel, lots to like.

Amazing hotel
Amazing hotel!! It gives the best user experience you can ask for. The staff are so nice and friendly, everything is so clean and new. There are a lot of pools and good restaurants. I would definitely come back again!

Lampa❤️
Everything was perfect! The service was top-notch, and the food, pool, and overall atmosphere were all 100/100!!! A special shoutout to Lampa —she is the most charming and attentive person we met! Honestly, thanks to her, we will definitely be returning to this place, and probably very soon!
Good hotel
We stayed for 10 nights at the start of August. You get beach towels and bag provided. Towels you can change each day by the main pool. Glass of bubbly upon arrival and you are give a quick overlook of the hotel. There are 4 la carte restaurants to choose from, these must be booked which is easy to do using the hotel app which you download before arriving and contact the hotel 3 days before arriving which then gives you access to the app and booking. We ate in one but not the others, personally choose of ours. We attended the cocktail making mastery glass which was OK, they showed how to make 2 cocktails with audience participation to then make one yourself, if was good but lack structure. There are good and bad parts Good: Buffet restaurant has 7 day rotating menu which was really good .it's of choices including good selection for both vegetarian and vegan. Grounds are lovely and the hotel is spotless. Great views out to see. 33 1/3 bar is a lovely place to sit and have drink and the staff there where great. Staff overall are friendly and always happy to help. Bad: Mini bar not restocked each day, turndown service not done each day, service around the main pool is lacking. It a nice hotel but it's not 5 star it's a good 4 star. If the negatives where removed it would be a 5 star hotel.
