A fantastic 10 days at a lovely hotel
We had a great 10 days stay at the Akti Imperial hotel. My wife and I were on holiday with our three children aged 19, 16 and 10.
On arrival we were met with a friendly welcome from Dimos which was in stark contrast to the rather rude taxi driver who brought us from the airport. Having paid for two standard rooms, we were upgraded to a family suite on the 9th floor which was great. Plenty of wardrobe space and a high standard of cleanliness, with complimentary water and drinks provided each day in the room, with fresh bedding and towels. I really could not fault the service of the staff we encountered.
The drinks were excellent compared to previous all inclusives we have been on, and the family loved the food options. The pool bar was great for pizza/burgers etc for the kids, and the main restaurant provided a good variety of different food - the cakes for dessert were particularly good.
The location is great, being just over the road from the beach, and it provided me with an opportunity for some fantastic coastal runs into Rhodes town in a morning or going up to the road along the top of the cliff which provided fantastic views along the coastline.
Rhodes town is walkable if you fancy a 45mins walk, or taxis were 10-15euros. We had a day trip to Simi and enjoyed the hop on / hop off bus. The best days to visit the town centre are when the cruise ships are not in town as it is a bit quieter.
All in all a great place to visit, and the hotel made it even better. We would definitely come back and thank you especially to Dimos on reception and Petros who would look after us in the bar.

Cretan massage
I had a Cretan massage from Fotini , it was excellent, all my body aches melted away. Id definitely recommend this service.

Great Getaway
A lovely holiday & relaxing spa. The hotel & its staff are amazing. So much to do for all ages.
Whilst here we treated ourselves to a couples massage. It was such a lovely treatment. The therapists (Sophia & Sara) were professional, friendly and made us feel completely relaxed from start to finish. The treatment was amazing, and I left feeling refreshed and relaxed. I would definitely recommend booking a treatment & using the spa and facilities. Overall a wonderful get away.

Great hotel, fab location. Rooms were nice, modern and well maintained. Lots of entertainment. Huge choice of food & drinks.
