Their energy, enthusiasm and friendly personalities made every activity enjoyable, and they went above and beyond to make sure everyone had a great time. Stayed here 13 years ago. Came back and brought the family. And we had the most amazing time. The animation team were amazing. Made our holiday.. if you want a holiday thats amazing then you need to stay here. I will be back and I won't be leaving it 13 years this time 💙❤️ we love you. ❤️
I asked for a firm massage and that’s exactly what I got. One of the best deep tissue massage I have had.
My daughter and I had different experiences both good and Inna and Christianna were very pleasent
Rooms below standard not a 4 star hotel, on the flight path so airplanes 30ft above hotel so no sleep matress in bedrooms discusting , food was not great and you literally in the middle of no where.beach is not great iver your better staying on the other side of Rhodes will not be going back to the hotel
We had a fantastic week here and like most holidays are as good as you make them.
Positives Close to the airport so transfer was fast. No issues with check in. Despite arriving very late, the hotel still provided a limited selection of hot food. Rooms are a little basic but cleaned every day, small fridge, tea&coffee facilities provided. Lots of pools some further away ones across the road are a lot quieter and also the aqua park looked fantastic. Food was good,lots to choose from and there was always something to eat. They try really hard to cater for everyone, burgers pizzas also themed a la carte restaurants. We tried the Greek one, it was absolutely delicious and good quality food. The Asian restaurant was not to our taste. Beach has plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. We went down at various times and always managed to find one. Its a rocky beach so you need to take appropriate shoes. Staff work extremely hard to keep the huge hotel area clean and constantly restock food and beverages which are often wasted by tourists. Several beautiful cats walk the hotel grounds. Please be kind to them, they are friendly and just want a little food. With the amount of waste ive seen both from children and adults alike its not difficult to feed them.
Negatives The hotel is straight under a flightpath, this means you are hearing every single flight coming into Rhodes from very early morning to late 2am every single day. The loud noise is relentless! Nothing the hotel can do about this but needs a mention so people are aware.
The main pool area is extremely busy and very loud. We escaped to the beach.
Entertainment is a hit or a miss. Poor lighting and constantly failing sound system meant most shows were unenjoyable. Haredin and Showgirls were the only decent shows the rest consisted of someone doing actions without any explanation or crowd engagement demanding claps. Fakir and Pirate magician was just painful (not the act itself but the presenter) and awkward to watch.
Beds - this was my biggest issue. Extremely uncomfortable thin mattress with springs sticking in my back. By the end of the week I was crippled with back pain.
Outside the hotel there isn't an awful lot to do. We walked to a nice local coffee shop with amazing bakery. You can easily take local buses into Rhodes and Lindos. They run often and really cheap. Bus stop on the main road, short walk from the hotel.
Overall a good stay but not a hotel I would like to return to due to constant noise from the planes and loud drunk guests into the small hours.
