We booked a 4-night stay at Zoe’s Hotel based on its already brilliant reviews, and we certainly weren’t disappointed. We arrived quite late due to our flight being delayed, but we were greeted warmly and, lovely personal touch, by name. We were shown to our room and, as we hadn’t eaten, the staff were more than happy to offer us something to eat. We were never rushed and the whole arrival experience was incredibly relaxed and welcoming. I had booked the swim-up suite, which was beautiful. The rooms are decorated to a really high standard, have a lovely aesthetic and are cleaned every day. All of the staff throughout the hotel were incredibly friendly and helpful, and nothing ever seemed too much trouble. We had a small issue with our air conditioning during our stay, but someone came to sort it straight away with no fuss. We were also treated to some complimentary cocktails, which was a lovely touch. We were visiting to celebrate a big birthday, so I had emailed the hotel beforehand to let them know. When we arrived, we were greeted with a lovely balloon and a bottle in the room, which was such a thoughtful surprise and very much appreciated. ❤️ The food was lovely, there was plenty of choice when it came to drinks, and the little shop at the hotel was also really handy for picking up any bits and pieces you might need during your stay. Overall, we had such a lovely, relaxed and enjoyable stay. Zoe’s Hotel really lived up to the wonderful reviews that initially made us choose it, and we would definitely recommend it to others. A huge thank you to everyone at Zoe’s Hotel for making our stay so lovely ❤️
Fantastic Hotel and Staff.
Highly Highly recommended.
Myself and my friend stayed at Zoes around mid of June and we LOVED IT. The staff are all lovely and kept the rooms and hotel clean. The main thing i loved was the swimming pool and you did not struggle to find a sunbed as there was never more than 4 people in the pool at one time. The whole hotel had a very chilled and relax vibe which we loved. And the hotel was easy to get into the town as there was a bus stop right outside which electric scooter too. The bus is a bit unreliable but the hotel reception can ring you at taxi which cost about 12-14 euros and 30 euros to get into rhodes. I would 100% recommend this hotel.
Really nice hotel room was amazomg staff are so nice and helpful its a beautiful place with beautiful people would definitely recommend n I’ll definitely be back in the future ❤️
Everything from our stay at Zoe's Hotel was a 10/10.
We landed into Rhodes on the Ist of July and were originally booked into another hotel, upon arrival to our previous hotel we checked in and our room was crawling with cockroaches & huge spiders. Me and my friend were obviously not prepared to stay in that hotel even though it had been previously paid for and desperately tried to find another hotel for the duration of our stay.
After many phone calls to different hotels we came across Zoe’s Hotel and when I had phoned (around 12:30am) to ask if there was any availability for rooms the kind man at the reception told us there was a room and he would keep it for us upon arrival.
The barman also went out of his way to come and pick us up with our luggage from our previous hotel to take us to Zoe’s. We were told to just check in and have a good nights sleep and settle payment in the morning (well needed after the night we had).
The staff at Zoe’s Hotel were nothing short of perfect and no ask was too difficult for them. Our room was spotless and equipped with aircon & a lovely balcony. There is a lift as well as stairs and ramps around the area - very accessible for wheelchair users. Housekeeping came by every morning to freshen our room.
There is also a breakfast buffet that was delicious which I was pleasantly surprised with as sometimes I feel a breakfast buffet can fall short - this was not the case at all it was delicious!
The pool had many sunbeds & deck chairs for all guests to use and parasols were provided also for those who like some shade. There is also a poolside menu for lighter bites throughout the day and an evening menu for dinner time. We had dinner a few times at the hotel instead of venturing out and I was pleased with every meal.
There is also a mini market within the hotel which is stocked with any items you may need.
The staff at Zoe’s really made our trip to Rhodes worth it as it was between us finding alternative accommodation from our first hotel or flying home.
I could not recommend a better hotel. Fantastic and friendly staff, great food, slightly further out of Faliraki but there is a bus stop & reception called us plenty taxis, lovely pool, rooms immaculate and just overall a really really pleasant stay.
We hope to return to Zoe’s Hotel in the future & again thank you so much for accommodating us, it is so appreciated!
