We booked an All-Inclusive package for five rooms as a family. While the hotel's exterior grounds are genuinely beautiful—with direct beach access, lovely pools, and an attractive outdoor seating area between the pool and the sea—there is a complete disconnect between how the property looks on the outside and the reality on the inside.
Our first day was ruined dealing with exhausting logistics, room repairs, and swaps. In the first room, the shower door was entirely missing. In the second room, the shower door had literally been ripped off, leaving zero partition between the shower and the bedroom. In our own room, we were upgraded to a larger room, but it was simply unsuitable for staying with a baby, and despite our prior request, no baby cot/crib was provided, which forced us to move rooms. Management gave us a hard time about switching, and we had to argue and firmly insist just to get functional rooms. On top of that, none of us had hot water for showers on the first day across all our rooms.
The rooms were generally clean, except for one day when we returned to find our room hadn't been cleaned at all, forcing us to specifically go and request a cleaner. Furthermore, despite being on an All-Inclusive plan, the rooms didn't provide complimentary drinking water, and we had to pay out of pocket for bottled mineral water throughout our stay.
The dining experience was another major letdown. Only breakfast was reasonable; the rest of the food was dreadful and well below acceptable hotel standards. At lunchtime, the included snack stations (gyros, crepes, and ice cream) appeared deliberately understaffed, with only a single employee working at a glacial pace, forcing guests to wait over 30 minutes in line under the heat—giving a clear feeling that they wanted to discourage guests from taking advantage of the all-inclusive food. When management offered dinners at the à la carte restaurant to compensate for our initial struggles, it proved to be a completely hollow gesture: the restaurant was either closed or fully booked, so we couldn't even use it.
On top of everything, the elevators were constantly overwhelmed with painful wait times all day long, and the outdoor seating areas were stripped of cushions under the excuse of "fear of rain" that never came, leaving the outdoor areas hard, bare, and unusable.
I really wanted to leave a 5* for this hotel but there were just a few little things which made me not.
First the hotel is so so clean, honestly can’t fault how clean the whole place. The rooms were cleaner every day with fresh towels. There were cleaners in the communal areas all day. The rooms were big with an increasable sea view and very quiet. We were above the entertainment until 11pm every night but that’s okay.
The hotel itself was a little too busy particularly at dinner time. We struggled to get a seat around 7.30pm and the food area was just manic. The food itself was okay, we decided to eat out most nights. We had to wait 20 mins for the reception to call us a taxi one night as he was so busy.
I booked a spa one morning for 10am and that was a shambles. They don’t actually open until 10am even after asking to arrive 5-10 mins before your appointment. The girls were very unfriendly then just wandered with their breakfast and didn’t even say hello or can we help. At 10.05 one girl said can we help you while they left me standing in the hall. Then asked me to fill out a form which I had already filled out the night before. It definitely wasn’t a relaxing massage I had paid for when the girls were whispering to each other in the middle of it. The spa doesn’t feel welcoming and it definitely wasn’t relaxing and the experience I was looking for!!
The pool are was great. No rush for sunbeds any morning and the beds were so padded and comfortable.
The gym… the gym is terrible. Because it’s outside, if it rains (the time most would use) you can’t use the machines as they are covered up for the rain as the gym has no roof. The cable machine and leg machine is so old, broken and dated. Just a shame there isn’t an indoor gym to be able to use when the weather wasn’t great. Also on the days the weather was good the treadmills n stuff and directly in the sun so that’s also tough to train in.
The pool bar staff and the restaurant staff were very friendly and always happy to help.
The snack options around the pool were poor and there wasn’t a healthy option. You could have chips, ice cream, hotdog, gyros, waffles with chocolate or crepes with chocolate n that’s it! Not a single piece of fruit or anything healthy at all. The gyros were always finished well before 4pm too.
The hotel is in the perfect location. 10/15 minute walk along to Faliraki strip and 25 minute bus journey to Rhodes Old Town. There is also a boat which stops on the beach to pick you up for day trips.
Positives: The resort layout, grounds, pools, beach bar and beach are ideal. It's large enough and yet not too big - overall a very pleasant place to spend time at.
The family room we had was of good size, fresh and nicely decorated. The beds were ok, a little firm. Water bottles provided upon request.
Main restaurant - Standard all.inc buffet food, fresh and in general had a good selection of food. Their desserts (while limited) were nice. Fresh watermelon and pineapple was offered daily. Beach Bar Pizza - quite good. Drinks - Local brands only but fine in general. Beer was ok. Soft drinks - Pepsi, Miranda etc. The staff were nice throughout the resort, except for a grumpy barman at the lobby bar.
Pools - nice layouts and no issues finding sunbeds. Beach - lovely beach and though it was busy we managed to find sunbeds without too much drama.
Also not too far from the airport.
Room for improvement
Coffee was available only in the powdered form (or atleast thats how it tasted) from the dispencer. The only way to get a real coffee was to buy it through the main lobby bar which opened daily at 5pm. This was a nuicance. A decent coffee offering at the beach bar is needed.
Swimming Pools arent heated and were colder than the sea. Atleast one heated pool would have been great.
The bad
The worst hotel iv ever been to.
Smells of stowage all day long.
Only the room is nice. I didn’t say clean, I said nice. The beach is great. All the rest is soo bad.
No water to drink, no orange juice, fake all inclusive advertising, food has no taste, cola is full of water + no tooth paste! In an all inclusive deal, no tooth paste.
Remove 2 starts from the 5, this should be basic 3 star hotel. And don’t lie with the all inclusive.
A hotel where you'll lack for nothing. Excellent service, beautiful accommodations, and everyone smiles. The hotel offers five-star service, several pools, a private beach with free umbrellas and loungers. A well-maintained garden, an outdoor gym, several bars... in short, we'll be back next year!
