The best Family Holiday ever. The Animation Group-Perfect 🥰 Ola 🫶🏼. A lot of activities. Delicious food. Room service-very good. I hope we will back. Barman Christofer-the best.
We went to this hotel the first week in june. Our kids (and me and my mother) had a great time! We got upgraded to superior family rooms with large balconies straight above the pool. We really enjoyed the animation team’s engagement with their zumba, dart throwning competition, boccia and aqua gym! They kept a great attitude with a LOT of cheering the kids on! They absolutely loved it! The animation team made my 10 year old’s trip! He wants to come back here NeXT year!
Excellent stay at Olympos Beach Hotel, Rhodes Island. The hotel is clean, the staff are friendly, and the food is delicious. A special mention goes to the amazing work of the entertainers, Ola (from Poland) and Darja (from Finland). They made our holiday fun and engaging for both children and adults. Lots of air kisses to you, girls, from Karolina! ❤️
Just perfect ,location and staff especially
Would not return and don’t recommend if you want to go to a 4 star hotel as it’s definitely not up to standard.
Our stay began with an old guy on reception checking us in, in which he seemed to be in no rush and took his time processing the information which should have been half the time especially considering it was only the two of us checking in. He seemed to be very abrupt and confusing with what he was saying and then got annoyed because we didn’t understand? Perhaps if he was more clear we would!
Our economy room was also very deceiving with photos online with pictures of balcony’s and nice views when in fact there is no balcony and not view just of the road. We asked to upgrade but apparently the hotel was ‘full’ which I doubt it was considering the amount of people we saw around the hotel didn’t seem to add up. The rooms were very dated and anyone who thinks they aren’t are lying unless a crappy shower head will do for a 4 star hotel?
The food was poor - the same things each day, and took ages to be refreshed once it had gone. The woman cooking the eggs and pancakes was also very abrupt and didn’t seem to care about the food she was cooking as it was often undercooked. No gyros in the hotel which is shocking considering we’re in Greece!? The older guy at the main bar was also rude- smiling at other guest but when me and my boyfriend ordered we had no eye contact no greeting just a dismissive attitude as if there was an issue.
The beach is also stony so I don’t know why they say it’s sandy.
