Located 8 km from Rhodes town, the hotel is a luxurious refuge after an exciting day in the resort. The rooms are comfortably equipped with all the necessary amenities. The restaurants offer numerous gastronomic delights. At all bars, a large variety of hors d'oeuvres, snacks, ice cream, alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks are given richly. The Spa and wellness centre delights guests' senses. It is a paradise for families.
Just returned from a 10 night stay at mitsis alila. The overall experience was good despite the weather which obviously can't be helped. The Al la carte restaurants were superb especially the Asian. One of our main complaints was the premium drinks which weren't unless you went to the bar to specify what premium spirits you wanted, otherwise if you order from the waiters at your table you just got local brands. We went to the main buffet restaurant a couple of nights for our evening meal and the food was cold even though we went early on in the evening. The main thing I would recommend this hotel for is the entertainment, even though we went back end of season the entertainment was brilliant. There did seem to be a lot of young unruly kids there when we went which has made us realise we are at the age where we need to.book an adults only hotel.
Stunning location, beautiful sunsets and delicious cocktails made by the most amazing bartenders! The night bar is the one to be at EVERY night, great atmosphere, fun times and welcoming, friendly staff who will join you in birthday shots! Best 2 weeks were made by the night bar staff team, thank you for making it such a memorable holiday! YAMAS 🥂

We have had the most wonderful stay at Mitsis Selection Alila and honestly couldn’t recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, the whole team has been so friendly, welcoming and attentive. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and the level of service throughout the hotel has been exceptional.
A very special thank you to Natasa and Anastasia, who went above and beyond for us during our stay. They were incredibly kind, helpful and thoughtful, and made a real difference to our holiday. Their warmth and attention to detail were truly appreciated by our whole family.
The food has also been fantastic, with such a great choice and variety. There is something for everyone, and the quality has been excellent. We have really enjoyed every meal.
The hotel itself is beautiful, the atmosphere is wonderful, and the entire team deserves so much credit for making guests feel so welcome. From the restaurants to the bars, housekeeping and reception, everyone has been lovely.
We have had such a fantastic family holiday and will leave with some very happy memories. A huge thank you to the entire Mitsis Alila team, and especially Natasa and Anastasia, for making our stay so special.

Dear Mitsis Selection Alila team,
As parents of a daughter with celiac disease, our standards are very high, and it's no coincidence that we came back to your hotel after discovering it last year.
From the very first moment we mentioned that our daughter has celiac disease, you put us in touch with the staff member in charge of allergies and opened a WhatsApp group with the hotel's food team and the people responsible for dietary needs. Before every meal you asked us what our daughter would like to eat, and you did everything you possibly could to make sure she got exactly what she wanted. She ate safely throughout our entire stay, and we could finally relax at mealtimes. We have never experienced anything like it.
Since there is no gluten-free food at the airport, we asked before checking out whether our daughter could get some food for the journey - something you were under no obligation to do. Here too you exceeded our expectations: we immediately got a reply that food would be prepared for her, and so it was. You packed her a tasty sandwich, fruit, water and juice. Our daughter fell in love with Mitsis, and so did we!
Beyond the special care for our daughter, the service was excellent everywhere - in the dining room, in all the restaurants, at reception and from the housekeeping staff. It was generous, professional, warm and always delivered with a smile, as if your goal for the day was simply to make us happy - and you succeeded! We are not mentioning anyone by name, only because we are afraid of leaving someone out - every single one of you deserves our thanks.
We came home a few kilos heavier, very happy, and already looking forward to our next vacation at Mitsis 😊
