We arrived late at night the receptionist received us with nice reception and was very helpful. But circumstantial check-in system with many different moments, luckily we were only six people otherwise it would have taken forever. We had a water bottle in the fridge and a bottle of red wine as a welcome gift. Good hotel with nice rooms and comfortable beds. The rooms are cleaned every day and fresh towels. There are bathrobes and slippers in the room. Bring earplugs because the AC lives on a lot. Beach towels are included and may be changed every other day. All staff are truly service minded. Breakfast and dinner were great and there is something for everyone. Great desserts, such a great pastry chef. Good shop in the hotel with cheap water and everything you could possibly need. Great spa and exercise opportunities. The pool area is clean neat and very pleasant. The proximity to the beach with the hotel's own sun loungers, free of charge. With a service bell to the bar at each parasol, to order e.g. drinks to the beach. Nice restaurants in the neighboring hotel where we got a lunch voucher when we missed a dinner. Also access to the Pool area with water gymnastics. Nice evening events to take part in. We also received incredibly good help when one of our company became ill, the staff in the anvil, the reception and the restaurant. They helped us get extra cleaning of the room, the receptionist arranged transportation to the doctor and the receptionist called and did a follow-up when we got back. And the restaurant helped with special food up in the room. So thankful for all the help.
Excellent hotel , very well run and great staff, nothing was too much trouble . Never a problem getting a sunbed, pool or beach, lazy river is great for casual cooling off in the afternoon.
Lovely hotel most of the staff are lovely food at the hotel is varied not any fresh cooked omelette at breakfast or any cooking station very surprised by this food at times was warm I prefer mine hot need more lifts thankfully I was on the 1st floor so not too bad for us would of liked to have been offered more choice to swopped evening meal for the greek restaurant instead of the burger one
The location of the hotel is perfect. It is also an ideal choice for those visiting the island without a car. I explored the island using public transport and had a very positive experience. The bus stops are located right in front of the hotel, with direct buses to Rhodes Town and Lindos, making it very easy to get around and explore the island.
I am usually very picky when it comes to cleanliness, and this is the first time I have stayed in a hotel room that was genuinely spotless. The pools are also extremely clean, and the entire property is very well maintained, both indoors and outdoors. You can really see the attention to detail throughout the hotel.
The hotel provides everything you could need to make your stay truly special. I particularly appreciated the complimentary welcome water and wine, the beach towels, and all the body care products provided in the room. The beach towel exchange service is also a fantastic touch and very convenient.
The sun loungers by both the beach and the pool are very comfortable. I also really enjoyed the meals at the restaurant, and the Burger Experience was absolutely fantastic, I would highly recommend it!
The rooms are very large, spacious and comfortable, with everything you need for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. The attention to detail and the range of amenities really make the experience feel special.
The hotel is incredibly quiet and peaceful, both during the day on the beach and at night. It is the perfect place for anyone looking to relax and enjoy a truly peaceful holiday.
The staff are extremely kind, friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would happily stay here again!
The location is very peaceful, and you have everything you need within the hotel, from a supermarket to a swimming pool and a beach with all the necessary facilities. The atmosphere is very welcoming. Everyone smiles at you and is always available to help with anything you may need. The rooms are spacious, clean, and have a modern, airy design. The cleaning team comes every day to tidy up the room and make sure you have everything you need for a comfortable stay. The balance between quality and price is understandable for a 4-star hotel in such a renowned area. The supermarket has reasonable prices. On the other hand, the food included in the package caters to all tastes, with plenty of options to choose from. Definitely 5 stars from us, and lots of kisses to the Esperos team for making our holiday absolutely perfect! ❤️
