We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed every moment. From the reception to housekeeping, the restaurant and the spa, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming and attentive.
The sea is absolutely fabulous — so crystal clear that sea turtles come to lay their eggs on the beach and it is full of beautiful fish. The breakfast and dinner were also excellent, which is not something to be taken for granted in such a large resort.
A special mention must go to the exceptional hospitality shown to our dog. We were provided with a complete welcome kit including bowls, a bed, toys and treats. The staff were incredibly kind and thoughtful, making our four-legged companion feel just as welcome as we did.
A very special thank you to Emilia at the restaurant, Ariatea at the spa, the entire reception team, and especially the gentleman who speaks Italian, who made our experience even more special — not least because of the beautiful welcome letter prepared for our little dog.
We will definitely be coming back!
We had a wonderful stay at Esperos Palace and thoroughly enjoyed our holiday. The hotel is beautiful, the facilities are excellent, and the reception team were always friendly, welcoming and helpful.
The only area that fell short was the service surrounding Ambrosia Restaurant and the follow-up after our stay. The restaurant staff were a little too pushy and sales-focused for our liking. We also requested a receipt for our drinks several times but never received it.
After checking out, we emailed the hotel regarding both the missing receipt and a lost personal item left in our room. Unfortunately, we have not received a response to either email. It is disappointing that there appears to be no follow-up once guests have left the hotel.
Despite this, we genuinely enjoyed our stay and hope the hotel improves its post-stay communication, as it would make an otherwise excellent guest experience even better.
I stayed at the Esperos Spa Hotel for a week with my mother, and it was such a wonderful experience!
As a 16-year-old and an only child, I was a little worried that I might get bored while my mum was doing other things, but the hotel really made sure there was always something to do. There were so many activities during the day, like darts and beach volleyball, which quickly became my favorite. I spent most of my days there and met so many people, both young and old, as well as members of both hotels crew.
The crew were all really friendly and welcoming, and another thing I really appreciated was that they all could speak many different languages, depending on who you were talking to. So even if you don’t speak English very well, I wouldn’t worry about having trouble communicating with the staff.
I the crew from Eperdis, the hotel next door, who were just as welcoming and friendly. I made a lot of new friends from different countries my age and also over 50 as mentioned , which made the whole experience even more special and fun.
I would give the hotel a 9/10. The food was amazing, with lots of different choices at both breakfast and dinner, and the cleaning service was great too. It was always nice coming back from breakfast and finding the room already cleaned.
The evening entertainment was also really fun, especially the music quiz, where pretty much everyone joined in. The only thing I didn’t enjoy as much was the DJ night. In my opinion, the dance floor by the Mare pool bar was a little too bright, which made it feel a bit awkward to be the first person to get up and dance. But whenever there was singing and dancing people performing , the atmosphere was amazing!
Overall, I had such a great stay and met so many lovely people. If you’re travelling with family or have teenagers, I definitely wouldn’t worry about them getting bored. There is always something to do, and they can easily meet new people and make friends. I would happily come back next summer!
Wonderful place - location, service, food, entertainment, spa, rooms, cleaning, bars, etc. The hotel has its own beach with sunbeds and umbrellas (no extra charge), 2 spacious pools and lovely "lazy river" with floats. Always sufficient number of sunbeds that one does not have to reserve in the morning (both at the pool and on the beach). Lots of green space with shadow if one prefers to stay away from the sun. Spa specialists are amazing - special thank you to Radiana and Valerios for their fantastic skill in massage (highly recommended). Plenty of choice for those who want to stay active - pingpong, padel, 3d chess, volleyboll, gym, yoga, pool aerobics. The guests crowd is of various ages - there are fewer families with small kids, mainly couples, but also a few families with teenagers and single guests. There is a regular boat service to Rodos city in the beach next to the hotel. And the sea is amazing - crystal clean water (yes, there are loads of water fun services too). We stayed in the superior room with the sea view (2 people) - plenty of space, good balcony, nespresso machine (coffee replenisged daily), regular things like slippers, robes, cream s, shampoo, etc are included. Every night therevis a live entertainment. Can't wait to come back!
Lovely hotel , stuff was amazing .
