Fantastic family Holiday's
Absolutely wonderful experience! The food was perfect at every meal – rich, delicious and with a great variety. The animation programme was extremely well organised and fun, with amazing animators who kept everyone entertained from morning till night. The pools cater for all ages and needs, the spaces are clean and well-maintained everywhere, and the staff in general are very polite. Special mention goes to the girls at reception Carol and Vicky, the Assistan manager Philipos and the guest relationship Harry – they were fantastic, always smiling and eager to help with anything. Highly recommended!
The humble, human and professional lifeguard
We stayed at the Cyprotel Faliraki in August this year, and I would like to share our exceptionally positive experience with the hotel's outstanding service and hospitality.
The reception staff were always ready to help, incredibly professional, and always had a smile on their faces. On our last day, we requested a late checkout. Although it wasn't available, they generously provided us with a complimentary guest room for two hours for both of our families so we could shower before our flight. Additionally, the water park was absolute fun and thoroughly enjoyable.
Above all, I would like to highlight a very special, humble, and true professional named Panagiotis, who works as a lifeguard at the hotel pool. My son fell very hard and cut his forehead, which caused bleeding. I immediately approached Panagiotis for first aid. Without a moment’s hesitation, he put on sterile gloves, disinfected the wound, applied iodine, used butterfly sutures, and bandaged him up before advising us to see a doctor. Throughout the entire process, he was completely focused on calming my son, who was extremely distressed and shaking. Every single day until our flight back home, Panagiotis personally took care of applying ointment and monitoring the injury. He showed extraordinary humanity, genuine care, and so much heart. It is truly inspiring to see someone who acts with such a deep sense of compassion and dedication.
Thank you for everything, Panagiotis you have truly touched our hearts. A final note of thanks to Harry from Guest Relations (who is also a super professional bartender!). Harry made sure to brighten our mood during the situation, treated us to a special secret drink he prepared, and did it all with a huge smile.
It is wonderful to encounter such kind and caring people along the way 🙏

Excellent Hotel, very good food, great hospitality, polite personel, especially the assistant manage Philipos and ofcourse guest relationship Harry, da best !!! Really enjoyed the programs of the animaters!!! Well done !!!
So bad
The room was outdated and the bathroom was dirty with muld. The ailing panel was removed and you could see AC pipes with realu bad muld as well. I really do not recommend that hotel.

Cyprotel in Faliraki exceeded all our expectations and truly deserves its 5 stars!Excellent food: The food choices were simply fantastic. Every day we enjoyed delicious, fresh, and high-quality dishes catering to all tastes. The buffet offered a huge variety, and everything was cooked to perfection.Activities: We didn’t get bored for a single minute! The hotel offers amazing activities and entertainment for both adults and children. The facilities (especially the pools and water slides) keep you fully engaged all day long.Polite staff at every post: What truly makes this hotel stand out is its people. From the reception and service to housekeeping and the entertainment team, everyone was incredibly polite, smiling, and eager to help in the best way possible. We highly recommend it and will definitely return in the future!We would like to warmly thank Harry (Guest Relations) and Filippos (Assistant Manager), who made our stay even more special and made us feel right at home with their personal care and flawless guidance.
