the perfect lifeguard
I would like to express my heartfelt gratitude to Panagiotis, the lifegard who helped me after I fell down the stairs and suffered a serious injury.
Panagiotis responded immediately with outstanding professionalism, kindness, and compassion. He stayed calm, reassured me throughout the entire situation, provided excellent first aid, and made sure I was safely transported to the hospital, where I received stitches.
His quick response, genuine care, and dedication turned a frightening experience into one where I felt safe and well looked after. I am truly grateful for everything he did.
Thank you, Panagiotis, for your exceptional service and humanity. You are an incredible asset to your team, and I will always remember your kindness.
Cyprotel amazing.
Cyprotel hotel is a fantastic place to take your family. With a very friendly atmosphere. Rooms are very clean and tidy. Food was great with lots of different foods on offer throughout the day you will never go hungry. The entertainment team were amazing with lots of activities for children and adults including fun games and dancing. All the team was great and would do anything to help you. Me and my wife and son loved it so much we have booked again for next year. Definitely a five star from us. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
10/10 holiday experience
The best holiday we have ever had! Beautiful hotel and views. Every staff member was amazing. Animation team and the constant entertainment/shows/ activities was incredible! A massive shout out to the wonderful Marlyn who made our whole experience so much better because of his kind, welcoming, helpful and fun personality and nature, he is a true gem and the really goes over and beyond! Hotel was lovely and clean and the staff work so hard to keep it that way. Food and drinks were amazing and great selections available. Will be back, my daughters didn’t want to leave!

Absolute shambles of a hotel. 4 star is an absolute lie from here. It’s shocking!
Broken bathroom door that doesn’t close. Smashed drawers on arrival of room. When told about this they said they couldn’t do anything.
Left for 12 hours with 0 hot water in the room when it was below 20 degrees and high winds outside so our child who has asthma couldn’t get a warm shower to heat up. Spoke to reception multiple times from 6am that day to sort it and they said they couldn’t do anything until it was fixed. No offer of a room change nothing. Cold water came out dirty so had to buy bottles of water to just brush our teeth.
Was told to book late check out the day before we leave so we asked at 8am the day before for 3pm check out and they don’t tell us till 4:30pm that we can’t and have to leave the room at 11am even though our pick up for the airport isn’t till 5pm. Absolute joke of a hotel. Staff are rude, entertainment team only one of them spoke to us all week.
We are out most days for meal times as the food was the same every morning and night and no food for children.
Waste of money and time going to this hotel. Shocking and yes I have photo evidence. Never have I moaned about a hotel but wow this is just something else
