Such an amazing hotel. Great Staff. Clara was amazing and always pleasant, always asking how our holiday is going! Entertainment was great, getting everyone involved. Food was good great variety.

We felt so welcomed from the moment we arrived. The reception staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and our 2-bedroom apartment was perfect for our family. It had everything we needed, with an amazing view from the balcony. We had read that there could be a lack of plug sockets, so we brought extension cables with us just in case. The only small thing we noticed was that the second bedroom could have done with a mirror, but honestly, this didn’t impact our stay at all.
We absolutely loved it here. There were plenty of sunbeds, and the animation team were outstanding. We now understand why so many reviews mention them! They are all so much fun, friendly, welcoming and genuinely make an effort to include everyone, both young and old. They are always smiling, and there was such a huge range of activities throughout the day. The evening entertainment was also fantastic.
The food was absolutely outstanding and catered for everyone. Without a doubt, this is the best all-inclusive we’ve experienced when it comes to the food. There was such a great variety, and everything we had was delicious.
We particularly loved the rooftop bar, where we enjoyed having drinks and playing cards before heading to bed. A special shout-out to Reggie — our whole family absolutely adore him. He is such a beautiful person and a real asset to the hotel. He made our stay even more special.
The shuttle bus to the beach was great, and we also really enjoyed the train ride into Faliraki centre. The lifeguards were friendly, and the management team were also lovely and approachable.
Honestly, we cannot recommend this hotel and its amazing team enough. We had such a fantastic holiday and would absolutely love to return. ❤️
Stayed in this hotel from 9-16 September. We had a 2 bedroom apartment for 3 adults and 1 child which was spacious and clean and we had a lovely view over the main pool area. There are 3 pool areas which are very well kept as are the hotel grounds. One small gripe was the amount of stairs everywhere even into the main restaurant which was not very pram friendly. Went to the kids night time entertainment a few times and the wee one particularly enjoyed the Paw Patrol night. Took the land train into Faliraki, one small point to note is that some of the trains are more comfortable than others. Roof top bar has lovely views and you get your drinks in a glass rather a plastic cup. Overall we had a lovely stay in Rhodes.
My wife and I have just returned from our 10 day stay at Cyprotel. We went with a large family group last year and loved it so much we wanted to return with just the two of us. I am happy to say the hotel has improved from an already excellent standard in the last 12 months. The food has definitely improved in variety and quality. There are more staff cleaning in both the pool area and the dining room. Special thanks to Marlon on the animation team who was a lovely young man, helpful, attentive and great fun to be with, he is also awesome at water polo! Also we would like to thank Kevin and Mary behind the pool bar who always had a smile and a kind word when working very hard. Can’t wait to go back next year!
