On our last day, a bag containing clothes, perfumes, and gifts worth around €400 disappeared from our room. We reported it to reception immediately, but to this day, there is still no clear answer as to how the bag simply disappeared or what happened to it. Very disappointing and concerning, especially for a hotel of this standard. I do not recommend this hotel at all.
An outstanding all-inclusive experience — we will definitely be back
We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Amada Colossos, and honestly, it is difficult to find anything to complain about. The hotel exceeded our expectations in almost every aspect.
The design of the hotel is beautiful, modern and minimalist, and the rooms are very spacious, comfortable and pleasant.
The staff are truly exceptional. Everyone was friendly, welcoming and always happy to help with anything we needed. What really stood out was how genuinely helpful they were throughout our stay. On the day of our departure, they even helped us arrange an early breakfast and prepared some snacks for us to take with us for the journey. It was a small gesture, but it really showed how much they care about their guests.
The cleanliness is absolutely outstanding. Everything throughout the hotel was spotless, and our room was cleaned to a 10/10 standard every single day. There was also not a single unpleasant smell anywhere in the hotel.
The food is excellent, with an enormous variety at every meal. The hotel's restaurants are genuinely very good. The Italian restaurant feels like a proper Italian restaurant, and Enalia, the steak restaurant, was excellent. One of the things we particularly loved was how food and drinks are available everywhere around the resort — wherever you are, you're never more than a minute away from something to eat or a cold, refreshing drink.
The entertainment team is excellent as well, with activities every day for both children and adults. There was always something going on, without it ever feeling overwhelming.
The atmosphere was great, no loud music or noisy guests.
The location right on the beach is fantastic. You can go from the pool to the sea in a matter of seconds, or simply sit by the pool while enjoying a beautiful view of the sea. It really gives the resort a wonderful holiday atmosphere.
We also really enjoyed the spa. It is beautifully designed and has a relaxing atmosphere from the moment you walk in. The massage was very pleasant and relaxing.
Overall, this is a hotel where you truly feel that everything is taken care of from A to Z. We never felt that we were missing anything, and our holiday was simply perfect.
There are only two small things that could be improved. The pool water was a little cold for our taste, although once you get in, you quickly get used to it. Also, one design choice in the rooms was a little difficult to understand: the frosted glass bathroom doors don't provide quite as much privacy as we would have preferred.
Other than these very minor points, we honestly couldn't have asked for a better stay.
We will not be looking for another hotel in Rhodes — we will definitely be coming back to Amada Colossos many more times!
Disappointed with hotel certainly not a 5 star hotel. Some rude staff serving people who have come to bar or restaurant after you. Food is ok . Sunbed are bit uncomfortable no padding. Rooms are clean and ours was ok for the two of us. They need to train staff better and have more staff. Lifeguard at the water park on phone not even looking when I came of ring on the slide

amazing hotel with very good food and drinks,also great entertainment team especially sigrid she is so friendly and amazing at her job!!i would recommend to anyone best hotel visited in years!!
