The hotel is situated only 5 m from the sea at Platys Gialos beach. The airport is roughly 3 km away, while the town of Mykonos lies at a distance of 3.5 km. There is a bus station and taxi station next to the hotel. The air-conditioned hotel has a total of 36 rooms and a lobby with a hotel safe. Furthermore, the hotel has its own bar, with a view of the sea, a restaurant and a TV room. Laundry services and parking are also available as well as Internet access. All rooms are fitted with luxurious and modern furniture. They are fully equipped as standard with air-conditioning individually adjusted. Leisure facilities include a swimming pool, a sauna and a gym. All kind of water sports are available on the beach as well as a playground next to the hotel. Guests may enjoy traditional Greek cuisine, snack bar and Italian restaurant in the premises of the complex.
Relax at the full-service spa, where you can enjoy massages, body treatments and facials. You can take advantage of recreational amenities such as an outdoor pool and a fitness centre. Additional features at this Mediterranean hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a television in a common area.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We arrived at the Mykonos Kosmoplaz Beach Resort on September 24, 2026. We were quite worried because we had seen negative reviews after booking and the reservation was non-cancellable. I must say, however, that the reception staff were lovely and very helpful. We had booked a room with a sea-view balcony, but I wasn't happy with it because the balcony railing was made of stone, which blocked my view of the sea. I asked to switch rooms, and they immediately took care of us; they upgraded our room at no extra cost, which really transformed our vacation. The housekeeping staff were wonderful, cleaning the room thoroughly every day. The location is excellent for anyone who wants to step straight from the hotel onto the beach—the balconies are right on the beachfront. The breakfast, however, is not up to four-star standards; the menu is repetitive, and there is an older man—likely the owner—hovering over the guests, creating an uncomfortable feeling as if he’s watching exactly what you’re taking; the waitresses, on the other hand, were lovely. One important thing to note is that the beach is under different ownership s soon as you sit down, a guy comes over asking for 50 euros per chair—100 euros for a couple (though he said this amount could be used to order food and drinks). This changes the overall cost of the vacation; some hotels offer free beach access. We stayed for 6 nights, which meant an extra 600 euros just for sitting on the beach. It’s important to check if beach access is included before booking. Taxis cost 35 euros there and 30 euros back—and that was during the off-season. It’s not a cheap vacation. In any case, we really enjoyed ourselves. The staff was lovely, especially Tamara.
Afternoon experience- Location is good, atmosphere is good. Music is good- fairly loud. Service was slow at the beginning. Didn’t like the cocktails on the menu. Pina Colada was Good. Would go back probably, or maybe on down the beach.

Amazing stay would definitely recommend if you have a big bank account
"We booked a 3-night stay for August 14–17, 2026, and paid fully in advance already in February. Upon arrival on the late evening of August 14, the staff informed us our room was in an annex 3 minutes by car away. This separation was never stated in our booking, so we insisted on staying in the main complex to access the pool and beach in front, as we expected. In response, the management aggressively and in a rude way forced a refund and turned us away at midnight, leaving us without accommmodation with no alternatives.
