Very good people and special hotel , they care about all the small details and give you what ever you need , I sure I will back !!

Great hotel with a lovely team who are so accommodating. Room was spacious & had almost everything we needed - full length mirror would be a welcome addition (reception did bring us one for our stay upon request). Our room had a fridge which was a bonus. Short walk to town with car/ATV rental 5 minutes away - we rented a quad and there was ample free parking at the hotel. Supermarket opposite. Pool area can get quite busy at times. Breakfast was good quality with large selection & lunch/bar menu very reasonable prices. Would recommend, thank you!

We booked My Mykonos expecting a stylish boutique hotel offering quality food and a proper restaurant experience. Unfortunately, the reality was very different, and we checked out after only one night. Our room was clean but small, basic and sparsely furnished, with very limited storage space. The shower room had a rather stark concrete finish, although toiletries, a hairdryer and a refrigerator containing water were provided. Despite the room being advertised as having a minibar, there was no minibar. The room telephone did not work, and the staff were unable to get it working. The hotel’s website uses beautifully presented professional photographs that create the impression of a luxurious boutique establishment but don’t be fooled, in our experience, the reality is that the actual accommodation and overall atmosphere did not live up to those images. The hotel felt soulless, was not especially well laid out and, being situated on top of a hill, was extremely exposed to the wind. Our greatest disappointment was the food and restaurant provision. What the hotel describes as a restaurant appeared to be little more than a few tables in the same area used for breakfast, serving an all-day menu. There was no proper waiter service, no à la carte menu, no dedicated evening menu and a very limited wine list. Our suspicions were aroused when I needed to put money onto my Travelex card a day or so prior to flying out to budget for our week and couldn’t find a menu anywhere, so I asked our travel Agent to see if they could get one for us. It was at this point being presented with just the all day menu that we thought something didn’t feel quite right. When we asked where the à la carte menu was, our question was met with blank faces. This is certainly not somewhere that offered the experience of showering and changing for an enjoyable evening meal. We had specifically wanted a hotel with an excellent restaurant, but there was no genuine restaurant or dining experience to speak of. Breakfast was the tipping point. The choice was extremely limited, and what was displayed appeared to be all that was available. Nothing additional was offered, even when we asked about options such as an omelette or eggs Benedict. The attitude of the restaurant and breakfast staff left us with the distinct impression that they could not care less. In fairness, the reception staff were excellent: friendly, welcoming and warm. We discussed our concerns with the manager, Xristos, who offered us an upgraded room, which we declined because a different room would not have addressed the fundamental lack of restaurant and dining facilities. He also offered to move us to another hotel within the same group. However, he advised that the other hotels offered essentially the same restaurant, menu, wine and breakfast arrangements, so that would not have resolved our concerns either. We asked whether any refund would be offered if we left and arranged alternative accommodation ourselves, but were told that nothing would be refunded. We arrived on 8 September and checked out on 9 September, moving to another hotel we already knew offered significantly better facilities and the standard of hospitality we had expected. We saw the swimming pool but did not use it, nor did we use any other facilities during our brief stay. My Mykonos may suit guests looking for clean, relatively basic accommodation and friendly reception staff, but in our opinion it does not deliver the upmarket boutique hotel, quality restaurant or special dining experience suggested by its presentation online. But, in fairness, although not for us, people were leaving with smiles on their faces. Although it is officially listed as a four-star hotel by the Greek tourism authorities, based on our experience we would regard it as a reasonable three-star establishment at best.
