As someone who works in the hotel and hospitality industry and travels frequently, both for work and pleasure, it is always a wonderful feeling when you come across a hotel that genuinely stops you in your tracks.
This was my first stay at Bill & Coo Suites and Lounge in Mykonos, and it completely exceeded my expectations. With just 32 rooms, the hotel is small and intimate, which creates a wonderfully personal atmosphere that is becoming increasingly rare.
What really stood out, however, was the team. From the moment of check-in, through food and beverage, and even when arranging or changing restaurant and beach reservations, everyone went out of their way to help. They remember your name, anticipate what you might need and, most importantly, make you feel genuinely welcome. Every day, it feels as though you are returning home to your own private villa in Mykonos.
A huge part of that warmth comes from Elena Kostopoulou, the hotel’s General Manager. Elena has a wonderful sense of empathy and a genuine connection with both her guests and her team. It is clear how much they respect and enjoy working with her, and that warmth naturally flows through the entire hotel.
Dimitris Charitos, Head of Food & Beverage, is another special part of the experience. I have known Dimitris from another hotel in Mykonos, and his personality is infectious. His smile seems to light up the room before he has even arrived, and he brings a wonderful energy and warmth to the guest experience.
The location is another real advantage. The hotel is only around a 15-minute walk from Mykonos Town, making it incredibly easy to enjoy the restaurants, shops and atmosphere of town while still having a peaceful place to return to.
I also loved the connection with the hotel’s sister property and beach, Bill & Coo Coast Suites. It is one of the island’s best-kept secrets, and the complimentary daily service to the beach, including sunbeds, makes it an especially easy and enjoyable part of the stay.
Bill & Coo Suites and Lounge is, quite simply, one of the warmest and most charming hotels I have stayed in for many years. The team has mastered something that is incredibly difficult to achieve: making genuine hospitality feel effortless, personal and authentic.
There is a wonderful Greek warmth to the experience, and it is that feeling of being genuinely looked after — rather than simply being a guest — that I will remember most.
I look forward to returning.

We stayed at Bill & Coo Suites Hotel on two separate trips, once in July with friends and again in early September to celebrate my mother’s birthday. We came back just a couple of months later because we had such an amazing time earlier this summer.
From the moment you arrive, everything about is exceptional. The location is perfect… close enough to Mykonos Town and the hotel also has a stunning beach property with a beautiful beach club, restaurant, and bar, and they will take you back and forth if you want to go to the beach or eat at Beef Bar, their beachside restaurant.
The main hotel is truly spectacular. The pool is incredible, the views are gorgeous, and our suites were absolutely stunning. Every detail was perfect, We especially loved that the rooms are unique and special.
The food and drinks are also fantastic. We had wonderful meals, enjoyed amazing cocktails, and honestly found ourselves never wanting to leave the property. There is something about the atmosphere at Bill & Coo that makes you want to slow down, relax, and stay just a little bit longer.
What truly sets Bill & Coo apart, and what we continued talking about for months after our first stay, is the service and staff!!!
The service is unlike anything we have ever experienced at a hotel, anywhere in the world. Every single member of the staff is incredible. Everyone goes above and beyond.
We absolutely love the city location but having the beautiful beach property as an option makes the experience even better.
We cannot recommend Bill & Coo Suites Hotel highly enough. It is beautiful, luxurious, incredibly well located, and has phenomenal food and drinks, but most importantly, it has a staff that makes you feel genuinely cared for and you’ll be treated like royalty!
We cannot wait to come back next summer!
