If I could give this incredible resort 10 stars I would. My experience at the Royal Myconian was nothing short of amazing. I own a travel agency and bought 8 amazing ladies along with me for a Greek adventure. Mykonos was our first stop and I'm glad it was. This portion of our trip set the tone for the 9 day journey we embarked upon. The customer service at the Royal was top notch. The front desk/concierge, restaurant, transportation, and room hospitality staff are some of the best I've encountered in my world travels. It is evident the Myconian properties are well managed. It is very apparent the in the design and upkeep of thier impeccable grounds, in their staff's approach to their individual roles and overall work ethic and the meticulous method in which they craft your luxurious stay from beginning to end. Everyone we encountered was pleasant, welcoming and genuinely happy to be of service. I'd especially like to highlight a few staff members who consistently went above and beyond for our group. Royal front desk staff: Jack, Katerina, Mariana, Iliana, Demetri (Imperial Doorman), Mahmood ( Transportation), Le (Villas poolside service) were exceptional and made us feel right at home. Our first night we had dinner at Camares (restaurant on the Royal property). What a time we had! The food, service, ambiance, live entertainment was a perfect introduction to Greek culture. There were at least 150 people dining at the time we were there and the staff created an atmosphere where we all felt like one big happy family. We sang together, danced together, broke plates together and had an unforgettable time. There were several amazing restaurants, lounges and bars on the property. The options were so plentiful, you need not venture off the resort for a delicious meal. They have you covered. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and had plenty options each morning. Our rooms were serviced promptly each day and kept impeccably clean and neat. We always had an abundance of warm towels, complimentary wine bottles each night and the beds were very comfortable. The location of where the guest rooms were in relation to the common areas of the resort easily lent themselves to quiet, relaxing nights after a long day of fun. I could say so much more about our experience. If you have the opportunity to visit the beautiful Greek island of Mykonos, make the Royal Myconian your choice for top notch accommodations and world class service. You won't regret it.
