Grace Mykonos is a newly renovated boutique hotel located 100metres above the protected Agios Stefanos beach, 1 km north of the new port and just a 5-minute drive from the cosmopolitan Mykonos town. This intimate, boutique residence enjoys an ideal setting and comprises elegant facilities. The traditional hospitality adds to the sense of comfort and creates a unique ambience. The graceful coexistence of traditional architectural elements and local craftsmanship with modern facilities is apparent throughout the property. The elegant pool-side area adjacent to the bar and restaurant, the refreshing SPA and the vibrant fitness room, all contribute to a special holiday or a romantic honeymoon.
Treat yourself with massages, body treatments and facials. Additional features at this Mediterranean hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a communal living room.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
We had a lovely ten day stay at Grace Mykonos. The staff are truly lovely, with a special mention for Lara, Konstantinos and Babis, who were warm, helpful and consistently kind throughout our stay.
We enjoyed breakfast every morning and our room was beautiful with a spectacular view (room 25).
It was a pity that the restaurant closed at 6pm each day. This meant we either ordered through Wolt or went out for dinner, so at times the experience felt more like staying in an apartment than a five star hotel.
A small point for whoever selects the room equipment: travel irons are designed for travelling, not for being the main iron provided by a five star hotel. At this level, guests reasonably expect a good quality hairdryer, kettle, proper iron and a normal ironing board, particularly when trying to iron long dresses or linen shirts.
If you book through Booking.com, I would recommend checking carefully which room and terrace you’re receiving. The room I booked was pictured with a lovely terrace and sun loungers, but on arrival we were allocated a different, although still lovely, room with a very small terrace and two chairs. Thank you to the team for moving us to the room we believed we had booked.
We were also surprised that during a ten day stay we never heard from the general manager or saw him around the hotel. At a hotel of this level, even a brief introduction or check in would have added a more personal touch.
We hired a car towards the end of our stay and wished we had done it much earlier. It gave us the freedom to explore more of the island and, at around €30 a day compared with the €55 one way airport transfer, it was an easy decision.
Overall, we had a very enjoyable stay and the kindness of the team was the real highlight. With a few operational improvements, particularly around evening dining, room descriptions and in room amenities, the experience could be even better.
I truly do not know where to begin. Location is perfect! It is in a great area right next to the beach and next to Nosotros (best restaurant) and only a 10 minute drive into town. The staff are the kindest people I have ever met we had so many wonderful conversations. They have a whatsapp number so whatever you need you just text them. I will be coming back, i loved it here. If you exit hotel and go a mile to the right there is a beautiful sunset.
Really great stay. The staff were fantastic thoughout. Will definitely be returning some day.
The location is incredibly convenient with the bus into town leaving from just down the road. Would recommend using it due to the fairly hefty prices that private transportation is fixed at on the island.
Everyone at the hotel was very welcoming. They gave me a birthday cake at breakfast and sang happy birthday to me. It was so lovely. Many thanks to the staff
