The hotel has been awarded continuously for its excellent service and quality by the most major European tour operators and the most popular travellers reviews internet sites.
Pamper yourself with a visit to the spa, which offers massages, body treatments and facials. After dipping into one of the 2 outdoor swimming pools, you can spend some time at the private beach. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and a hair salon.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
The Hotel was very nice and the Room was clean. The Pool was close by and plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas. Staff were very professional and we were well looked after. The Food was varied and there was plenty of choice. The only downside was the Cockrell nearby who was in full vocal mode from 4am every morning so if you are facing that way be prepared for noise.
Overall a nice hotel. Great daytime entertainment for 2 teenage boys. Lots of sun loungers. The location isn’t great , a long walk into town dodging scooters and cyclists, plus lots of abandoned and empty shops and units. No decent supermarket in close proximity, a very long walk. The hotel supermarket very limited choice and very expensive. Likewise the hotel bar very expensive , 10 euro for a single gin and tonic. Nice hotel but wouldn’t go back because of location.
Lovely hotel very clean and no problems with the room or pool. Some things to be aware of and these aren’t complaints at all… We travelled with our almost 3 year old and struggled with nowhere obvious to dispose of nappy bags outside of the room. The coffee machine in the breakfast hall is really quite complicated to use, luckily there was always a very obliging member of staff to help! The taxis to Kos town are very unreliable, you must pre-book at reception 2-3 hours before you want the taxi to appear. We had an occasion where the hotel got our room number wrong and the driver almost didn’t let us have the car which was a bit annoying. Taxis back from Kos town you must queue for which was a bit tricky with a little one. Hotel would really benefit from a shuttle service to Kos town. The beach is also very pebbly and quite tretcherous to enter the sea - worth noting if you are elderly or not great on your feet. Food is excellent and staff were great, several cats living at the hotel which we loved. The kids pool is great and the aqua aerobics was very fun to watch. Never had an issue getting a sun bed. Handy mini mart on site with all the essentials. Overall atmosphere is very relaxed.
Angelina who was on the main bar was so lovely as were the rest of the staff, pools were really nice. Hope to be back soon
Very good Hotel complex with 2 pools, a pool bar and a lot of sport possibilities. They even have a minigolf and a tennis playground. The food is good and the room is modern. I have nothing bad to say about this Hotel
