This is a very special hotel! The service is exceptional. Getting drinks delivered to you whilst sitting by the pool has been brilliant and Miltiadis, the waiter, has entertained us and looked after us, with advice on places to visit. The entertainment at night has been great and the bar waiters are very attentive. I would recommend this hotel!

No resting when on holiday just a fab place to train
I’ve stayed with the Mitsis group of hotels before and the first impression totally met all expectations. Hot towels and cool lemonade on arrival, amazing front of house staff and efficient check-in. We didn’t love the first room we were offered and the hotel hadn’t got the request for a twin. So we were tired and grumpy but the hotel moved us to a room while we had dinner. The buffet wasn’t much to write home about and this was confirmed by breakfast where the fried eggs were inedible. The management really went out of their way to make our stay amazing after I raised these concerns with them. An incredible turnaround and left us feeling very special. The facilities are good with little bits of luxury like the deeply padded sunbeds at the beach. But what really makes this place sing is the staff - whether at the bar, in the restaurants, or housekeeping and the ground staff you couldn’t ask for a more dedicated bunch!
