This splendid hotel is perched right on the beach just outside of Kos, offering views to the shimmering Aegean Sea. Families can enjoy use of the two pools and children's pool, tennis court, and games room, while couples might relax in the spa with indoor pool, sauna, hot tub and massages, or relish a more adventuresome holiday with Padi diving lessons, adventure sports and horseback riding. The spacious rooms and suites are tastefully decorated and feature wonderful mountain or sea views, and the four trendy in-house restaurants and four bars serve mouth-watering Greek and Italian cuisine, all for a spectacular island getaway. Kindly note that a dress code (min. 3/4 trousers) apply for gentlemen in the evening.

You're sure to appreciate the recreational amenities, which include 2 outdoor swimming pools, a water park (surcharge) and outdoor tennis courts. Additional amenities at this hotel include complimentary wireless Internet access, concierge services and gift shops/newsstands. Getting to the surf and sand is a breeze with the complimentary beach shuttle.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!! Horrendous experience. From a/c not working; dirty communal areas; outdated and old-fashioned furniture; dirty carpets; safes not working; mediocre food at best (lovely undercooked chicken on night 2); great if you like all your (watered down) drinks to be from a plastic cup (no main bar service until 5pm so you have to make do with the pool bar all day); dirty pool area and broken and old sun-loungers; disgusting pool toilets - avoid; also great if you like all your "cocktails" to come from a Slushi machine; no waiter service (for anything); sting you for your room tax before you've even said hello (EU300 upfront!!); broken fire alarm above our bed; sticking out nails on the wooden floor jambs; dirty pool (think bits of shredded lilo, hairbands, plasters); broken and peeling veneer on furniture; shower curtains not fit for purpose (great if you like the potential to slip on a very flooded floor); smelly towels on arrival; can't see the GM unless you make an appointment; shabby and broken cabanas at the beach; old, rusted van that serves very limited selection of drinks at the beach by a very rude barman ...
I could go on but I REALLY HOPE you get the picture! TUI were useless (although the reps themselves were great) and we were able to move hotels half-way through our holiday (to an ACTUAL 5* hotel - The Blue Lagoon Village - can't recommend highly enough)! Paid £7000 for our family on our only holiday of the year and it was probably one of the worst holidays of our life (apart from the last 4 days - although TUI messed us around horribly when it came to moving hotels and took two days out of our holiday to sort). This is not a 5* resort - all the reviews are about the spa (which we didn't use) - start your research from the reviews by 1* and up and you'll get an accurate view of the hotel. Please - I beg of you - do not stay at this hotel! It has been sold and the current owners have no intention of spending any money on it in the near future (from various sources). TUI rep told us that she has tried to get TUI to remove this hotel from their portfolio but they keep sending people there and taking their hard-earned money. Just please AVOID. TUI - you suck!
