Fantastic
Our first time on this ressort. Even though it’s a 4 star hotel and not yet have the last one.. we felt it was a premium 5 star hotel. The cleaning was perfect. The kitchen and food comes with great variety, and quality.
We enjoyed the quit atmosphere and our room 509 with view over the sea and nature with goats grassing and the sound of Greece.
What the best experience was - where the staff we meet. They really are happy working for Mrs. Dio the Generel Manager with humor and flair for people. This atmosphere creates value for the customers because we really felt that Alex, Maximus, Vasilis, and the rest of the bar staff without name tag - where outstanding and very personal and friendly and this gave us a really good holiday. I will miss the talks with Alex about “snakes” and the deep conversations and you Maximus - you have a special place in my old heart in the future. What a young gifted and nice person with only 17 seasons on this earth. We give the hotel our best recommendations. Best regards Kent and Marianne
Honest review
We stayed for 10 days and overall were satisfied with our trip.
Our original room was clean, tidy, and quite spacious however from day 1 we had issues with the shower. It would go from the set temperature to quite hot and then quite cold. We thought perhaps this was because it was a popular time of day, so tried again the next day but the same. Day 4 it quite literally scolded me. It went from scolding hot to freezing cold. Reception staff tried to assist however after waiting 3 hours and missing dinner it was still unusable. Our room was then changed which we were thankful for but this came with its own problems.
Our second room was much smaller in size, although we weren’t too phased as we were happy to have a working shower. But there were constants ants coming into the room. There was also a horrible sewage smell after using the shower each time.
Other than them issues we enjoyed our stay. The food was quite good, with a range of dishes each night.
All staff we came across were friendly and very helpful.
The location was great, 5/10 minute drive into the centre which was 2 euros on the bus of 12 euros in a taxi.
Overall we enjoyed our trip, but would not return back to the hotel due to problems we encountered with the rooms.
Very average - inedible food
We stayed at this hotel for a week and overall a very average experience.
Pros:
- Small hotel so easy to walk around and find things
- Pool is nice with comfortable sun loungers and beds. Never struggle to get a space
- bartender is very friendly and pleasant
- good location in that it is not far from Kos town and you can easily get there for cheap via e scooters outside the hotel
- air con worked well in room
Cons:
- shower in the room didn’t work properly and there was a foul smell coming from the drain the entire stay.
- the food was absolutely terrible. This is one of the main reasons for the low score. We are not fussy eaters in the slightest but most of the food was inedible. It was not covered at all meaning flies were landing on various items. The variety was very limited and there is barely any choice. We had to go out and pay for meals out as we could not stand the food. There was a foul smell coming from the kitchen most mornings which was off putting and we were extremely disappointed with the food overall.
- cocktails are horrible very watered down
- rooms are very small with limited storage and the toilet door although frosted does not give much privacy
- staff were mediocre. We were hassled by the maid daily clearly wanting a tip which after 7 days was annoying. Barely any of them actually made us feel welcome other than the lady at the pool bar who was incredible
- no snacks or snack bar round the pool. The only thing they put out is some extremely dry cake
- no entertainment. There was aquagym once and that was it so extremely boring in the evenings
Overall you can DEFINITELY get a much better stay and value for money elsewhere. On top of what we already paid this was an extremely expensive holiday for us and the food is literally inedible. Will never stay here again.
Perfect
Not many negative reviews but in response to the few.....there isn't cats everywhere, they aren't in the restaurant and they don't bother you. They're also not wild. There's about 5 that belong to the hotel and they are well looked after. They do their own thing.
Somebody said the rooms were dirty! The entire hotel is immaculate and beautiful. Every inch is clean and well maintained.
The rooms are lovely. The air-conditioning is great. We've never been warm in the room or struggled despite it being 36+ outside. We had a swim up room. Worth the extra.
The drinks are great. Not watered down. My husband and I have had the hangovers to prove it.
The food has been lovely. If you're fussy, they do pizza and pasta every night. Pizza is cooked in a proper pizza oven. The salads are really good. Lots of fish if you like that and lots of choice at breakfast.
We used the E-scooters to get about. So much fun and reasonably priced. You see things you wouldn't see in a taxi or on the bus.
The location of the hotel is superb and the views are breath taking. Clear views of the Aegean Sea and Bodrum.
The staff are so lovely, fluent in many languages and don't seem tip oriented like some hotels.

Beautiful stay, Beautiful people
We had an amazing stay at this hotel and spa. From the moment we arrived, everyone was beyond welcoming, friendly, and fun, making us feel right at home. The entire property was spotless, beautifully maintained, and filled with lovely people who genuinely care about their guests. The pool is fantastic, the views are stunning, and the location couldn't be better, close to everything while still feeling relaxing and peaceful. Our room was exceptionally clean, modern, and very well looked after, with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. A special mention must go to Steve, who was an incredible help throughout our visit. From arranging taxis to assisting with anything else we needed, nothing was ever too much trouble. His kindness and professionalism made a real difference to our experience. The whole team is wonderful, and the hotel is set in such a beautiful location and city. We couldn't have asked for a better stay and would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. We look forward to returning in the future!
