My experience at the spa at the hotel was amazing. I had the massage therapist Evelyn (not sure about the spelling). It was wonderful and she found all the areas with tension and was gentle upon my request.
Positives Warm welcome when we arrived in the early hours and food available 24/7 from somewhere in hotel. We had a family room which is great as had 2 bedrooms at the back of complex. Was clean and quiet. Food was good, hot and lots too choose from. Pools clean and beach just over the road where sun beds were free. Shout out to Michelle in quiet pool bar, always happy and friendly. Great use of apartment for shower room on day of leaving. Lovely coffee in Lobby bar
Negatives We felt with 4 pools one could have been adults only. There were a lot of children and no escape. People let their children eat while getting food at buffet and often half eaten food was on the sides. Entertainment for adults was severely lacking for such a large and quite remote complex. Many staff were grumpy. Didn't engage and didn't seem to want to be there. Finally cats! I. Like cats but not in food areas. People feeding them in those areas didn't help with the problem.
