Disappointed
Staying at the moment at this hotel, paid 10k to come for big wedding anniversary and not impressed at all. First impressions weren't great at all, room was cleaned over and that was all. The floors, table and chairs, windows, bathroom taps, bathroom, door and bathroom all filthy. We went to gym at 9pm to check it out, 2 cleaning ladies were sat on the bike, we assumed they had cleaned the gym. I went to gym in morning and it was very dirty, all floors and machines covered in dirt. No spray to wipe down machines. I went to reception about room (toilet seat came off and towel rail) they said they would deep clean room and fix bathroom. I'm now day 3 and had to deep clean my bathroom myself with anti bac wipes. I have been to reception to tell them and show my pictures as both myself and MIL have became unwell. Food isn't great either. Very disappointed!

Incredible Massage
Whilst visiting the Ali Coast Club, I decided to visit the Spa… and I am so glad I did! I felt so relaxed after my amazing full body massage with Lily! She paid great attention to my tensions, and I left feeling incredibly relaxed. The spa itself had a wonderful, tranquil atmosphere and I can’t wait to visit again!
