Have returned from a 2 week stay at Pelagos and all I can say is WOW! We have truly had the best 2 weeks, we are planning a return. All staff amazing, restaurants, bar staff (Mike and Gene on table service fantastic), cleaners and the animation team are 10*, Dominica and her team are just insane. Kids and adults are well looked after throughout the day, had so many laughs. Met some amazing people from all over, such a friendly vibe which was fantastic. Pelagos, you well and truly have our heart thank you for the BEST 2 weeks. Just to add one of our children is coeliac and was very well looked after 😊 thank you again and see you very soon.
We stayed here for 10 nights and it was unbelievable. I have so many positives. The staff work so so hard and go above and beyond. The spa team, bar, and restaurant, plus towels and snack bar team etc etc too many to mention! Plus the nicest people in the world - always smiling! ( this is even down to the crepe man, glass collectors, towel exchange) ( shout out to Franis who was the loveliest man in the restaurant )
This was the nicest hotel iv ever been too, we normally go all inclusive but eat out every night. There wasn’t any need here the food is insane. The staff getting you drinks for dinner service etc - just the little things was the best 🫶🏼
Every where is so well maintained and clean. I had a massage with Lucy who I wanted to take home 🫶🏼
The beach is over the road which is stoney but the sunset is amazing and the sunrise from around the corner is most beautiful I have ever seen!
Negatives (sorry) The kids entertainment goes on far too long and the adults doesn’t start till 9:45 which is so late. If you have a pool room and you’re not interested in it it’s pretty loud. I appreciate the entertainment team works so so hard all day but the constant ‘ whoop whoop’ and weird noises from the girl on mic throughout every song and different activity will eventually grate on you 🤣
All in all amazing hotel and iv loved our stay. I will take a part of it home and thank you so much for making it so so special for us ❤️
How anyone booking a family all inclusive holiday at the Pelagos Suites can rate this hotel as any other than 5 stars is beyond me. Yes the buffet dinner is not the most varied, but they are trying to feed 100’s of people from different nationalities, all at the same time. It was always hot and varied, cannot ask for anymore.
As everyone says this hotel is made so special by the staff. From the restaurants through to the bar and animation team. They are all amazing, someone’s Gen, Jen and Mike were to quick to refresh your drink, not that I was complaining. Dominika is a trooper, always professional. Her and her team are awesome and she is I believe the reason people return year on year.
The maid service in the rooms is efficient and thorough 7 days a week. The room is always spotless after they have been. The App is also very good and the staff respond quickly never having to wait the full time for a response
It was our third visit to this hotel and after meeting such wonderful staff and making some great new friends we will most likely return next year for a forth visit

We have been back one week & had the another fantastic holiday , our second time at this amazing hotel All the staff are exceptional . Shout out for Andrea ,Pavlina ,Johny and Sophie working in the bar. They work so hard , it's makes our holidays very special. The children loved all the varied entertainment and the kids club ,they had so much fun every day , & especially the evenings with the disco & the variety of shows for everyone Thank you so much Domenica and your amazing team ❤️. If you want a family friendly hotel with good food great staff everything you could need This is the one for you . We will definitely be back !
Exceptional Food: Extensive daily variety with rotating theme nights, with choices for a la carte dining. Definitely recommend booking the Italian restaurant for sunset! Note that the à la carte does have additional charges. Great Rooms: Spacious, spotlessly clean, and modern. We were in block 4 with views out to the sea and adult only pool. Outstanding Staff: Friendly, efficient, and genuinely welcoming service across all teams, delivering authentic Greek hospitality.
Location is a little far out, however we walked a few times into the town centre which took approximately 30 mins.
Overall, highly recommended resort for a seamless, high-quality island stay. We will definitely be back
