It is located in the North Region of the island, in the area called Lambi. Also, reaching the city from Lambi Str. is as easy as pie since public transportation is available every 5 to 10 minutes. Its 24km away from the National Airport of Kos "Hippocrates" (KGS)and 4 km from city of Kos.

Just returned from a perfect week at the Atlantica Thalassa. we returned once again to have the perfect holiday and are already booking for another visit next year. The staff are wonderful greeting you with smiles every time and nothing is too much trouble. Iliana on the pool bar was always a ray of joy and Jenny the cleaner who catered to our very whim without hesitation and always with a smile. The food was excellent again and there was ample selection to cater for every ones taste. Themed nights were impressive too with the Chinese night theme with the awesome chine duck and won tons were impressive too. A nice touch was the a la carte restaurant who produced some great food and there was great entertainment in the Bar on an evening catering for adults and children beforehand as well We will soon be back and cannot wait
Had a lovely relaxing stay here with our sons age 17 and 21. Very relaxing and just the right size of hotel (big enough to be lively but not so big to be overwhelming). The entertainment team - Cat and Jaylin - worked really hard and were a lot of fun. My sons enjoyed the football and table tennis, also enjoyed a music quiz and bingo in the evening. However, the entertainment does not disrupt the peace and you can opt in or out as you wish, so if it's not your thing don't worry. Lots of other positives - beds super comfy, quiet at night, food was really good (particularly recommend the a la carte which you can have once if you are all inclusive), buffets do get a bit repetitive but the food was cooked very well, hot and plenty of choice. I also loved being able to sit outside to eat with the cats! The all day snack bar also provided an alternative to lunch in the buffet and you can get ice cream from the pool bar all day. We had two trips out - once boat trip and a trip to the excellent water park, but otherwise stayed on site. It's a shame they charge extra for the sunbeds on the beach, and the beds round the pool are hard to get (though plenty of beds very close by on the grass). There isn't much nearby but the bus to Kos town was reliable and not overcrowded when we went at the end of August. But if you want a lovely relaxing all inclusive hotel with nice food and don't want to go out every evening then this is perfect. (One other observation - there is some building work going on really close by, didn't impact on us even though our room was near it, but I am not sure what is being built and whether that might impact on the hotel in the future, keep an eye on future reviews)
I loved this hotel. Everything about it. Lovely and clean we got room 121 which was a family room and it was just the 2 of us so made the space so much more easier to store our suitcases and hang more clothes.
Entertainers were great especially Kat she always came over and made an effort to talk to us.
Lifeguard was super friendly as I previously read a comment about her not taking much notice and smoking infront of guests. I was there for 11 nights and didn’t see any of this. She was professional at her job in my opinion!
The food for me was fine always had something to eat some days better than others but a standard all inclusive.
Rooms were cleaned daily. All cleaners been friendly.

Fabulous hotel , first time to Kos and a great experience. Lovely hotel , small & clean but very welcoming with such friendly, happy staff. Entertainment staff friendly but not in your face…lots of activity’s offered through the day and then entertainment each evening. Lovely pool area with no problem getting a sunbed but we are early birds. Weather was perfect aswell.

Buffet restaurant staff all friendly and food a good standard only small but something each day for everyone… I always found a veggie dish each day and the best deserts. Drinks in bar served each evening by attentive staff always with a smile. Good choice of cocktails. À la carte meal was lovely but portions were huge. Location isn’t the best as you do need a taxi or a bus to get to places but these are readily available and reception are happy to book taxis … we never waited more than 20 mins. I would happily rebook this hotel, we had such a fabulous relaxing week here and it deserves 5 stars.
We stayed from September 3-17th and had a great time. The bar staff Alladin, Noel and Helen are a fantastic team who were very kind and polite. Apologies if I have missed any names from the bar staff. The entertainment team were also fantastic, the restaurant team were also a great team. The food and drinks were exceptional, the reception team were very welcoming and polite. The rooms were comfortable, clean and restful , we appreciated the room being cleaned daily and to a high standard by our room maid Orlina. Thank you, the Atlanica Thalassa Kos is a fabulous hotel, and we will return again in the future.
