- Atlantica Thalassa Hotel

It is located in the North Region of the island, in the area called Lambi. Also, reaching the city from Lambi Str. is as easy as pie since public transportation is available every 5 to 10 minutes. Its 24km away from the National Airport of Kos "Hippocrates" (KGS)and 4 km from city of Kos.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Very nice hotel, great food and nice staff. The entertainment team is very nice Stefan, Kat and jaylin are great, a lot of activities going on like volleyball, football, beerpong and lots of evening events. A real highlight was Stefan, such a great guy, very respectful, very funny and great conversations.
Hotel was amazing, great location, 10 minutes away by taxi to Kos old town. Food was ok, rooms were great. The best part about our holiday was the entertainment team, Stefan , Kat and Jaylin were amazing. A lot of fun activities were going on like volleyball, football, beer pong , aqua fitness and karaoke. Special thanks to Stefan for being a great guy, very friendly and always good jokes. He alway got people involved and always managed to put a smile on everyone’s face.
Hotel is on very edge of Lambi with no pubs or restaurants in the area. It’s about 40 minute walk to Kos Town and when the bus arrives about 10 minutes. Hotel and grounds are beautiful, rooms are very comfortable. We were on first floor with balcony overlooking pool. Entertainment is average, though the terrace is very relaxing with views of a beautiful sunset. The pool area is nice but beds are quickly taken. Beds without parasols on grass area. Housekeeping will take towels off beds at about 9 am if not occupied even if you are just getting something to eat. Mine was taken when I was at the loo. Food is terrible. We spoke to hotel manager and food was then served hot, however food is not good quality and very repetitive, nothing goes to waste. Food in pool grill not good at all. There are no English teabags in the hotel we asked on day one and were promised some however not forthcoming, only coffee and flavoured teas on offer. Drinks what you expect at AI hotels. There is the option to buy branded spirit if you prefer. Staff are amazing they go over and beyond to look after you. Animation team work hard big shout out to Kat, she is a beautiful young lady with a beautiful soul.
Such a lovely hotel! Quiet and relaxing but activities going on throughout the day if that’s what you’re looking for. The entertainment staff were so friendly but not pushy either. The food was good for an all inclusive, could do with maybe a wider selection but overall was tasty and hot, we ate in the snack bar most days for lunch, the gyros were good. Good selection of drinks and waiter service in the evening. The beach is an extra charge but we used this a couple of times and found that we had the beach to ourselves, it is very pebbly though so I would recommend taking swim shoes to protect your feet. The room was lovely and clean but did lack storage space especially in the bathroom.
The only thing I would say is the sunbed situation is a bit of a pain but I understand why they do it. You have to get up early and cannot leave them unattended meaning me and my partner ate breakfast separately most days. If you fancy a lie in then expect to be on the grassy area (I found the bugs/flies/mosquitos more prominent here).
Short taxi trip to Kos town which was beautiful, great bars and restaurants along with lots of little shops. We booked a trip through Tui to explore the islands. Kalymnos was absolutely beautiful, highly recommend going here!
Very scenic, close to sea and kos old town. Very friendly staff , clean and spacious rooms , well worth it
