Location - great location not far from airport, the beautiful town and an hour from Kos on the very convenient bus. It was right on the sea front. The atmosphere was relaxing and peaceful. The hotel is relaxed. The room we had was a sea view room with a plunge pool after the kind management upgraded us. It was the most wonderful room you could wish for. Beautiful sun beds, stunning view and a complimentary bar and coffee maker. We thought it was excellent value for money with food and drinks available 24/7. If you want more food then you can go up and ask for more. There is no limit to your orders. The Med restaurant, Dusk and Den were beautiful. The main restaurant was beautiful too and you can once again order and try as much as you want as it is al a carte. However, one evening, on a Sunday they have a fabulous Greek night buffet at the main restaurant which we wished was every night - it was absolutely Superb!!! Hotel was clean and they cleaned our room every day. We had no noise issues at all! Honestly there are many people who find fault but we absolutely loved it. One of the best holidays for us ever - so memorable. Treat people the way you would like to be treated and you’ll have a beautiful holiday! We really recommend a family run Greek Restaurant at the sea front in Kardemina called Krista’s. Real greek food not like all the other British places serving bland chips and burgers! Krista’s is a real greek restaurant at the sea front and you MUST TRY IT. You can’t miss it as it’s the only Greek looking traditional restaurant on the sea front in the main town. Do NOT expect the waiters to be waiting on you hand and foot anywhere at the hotel as they are VERY busy however when you ask you will get. You have to be patient at this hotel regarding getting the attention of waiters. This was fine with us as we were on holiday and were there to enjoy- which we did. Fantastic balcony at the bar during the night. An onsite shop, gym and multiple pools. There were clean towels every day, a safe in room BUT one issue for us there was NO IRON or IRONING BOARD in the room. This was inconvenient so please iron your clothes before you come here!!! The mini bar was topped us every day and if you wanted more you could ask for more water or drinks at the reception. There are lots of steps at the hotel however lifts are available. The hotel is a traditional greek hotel. We had a late checkout and we booked a lovely room to freshen up before we departed. The manager was obliging and so lovely to us! Thank you all!
Arrived yesterday for an 8 night stay and have been absolutely blown away by how lovely this hotel is from the rooms to the pools and restaurant, every staff member is warm and welcoming 😍We still have another 7 days to enjoy this beautiful resort 🙂

Absolutely gorgeous hotel. Rooms were amazing modern and clean. Free mini bar which was restocked daily with water, beer, wine and soft drinks. Coffee machine, safe which was free to use. Food was nice and service was excellent but menu was the same but still nice meals. The speciality restaurants were hard to get into even though I tried to book the morning after we arrived. Entertainment every evening which was really good. The only downside for me was the amount of steps to each level even with using lifts, due to health issues I still struggled with all the stairs. But I would highly recommend this hotel and staff and hotel was amazing. We even got upgraded 2 nights before departure to a superior room with plunge pool which was amazing. Would definitely use this chain of hotels again. It was my partners birthday whilst we were there and they even provided a chocolate birthday cake and bottle of bubbly as free of charge. Thank you everyone for making a stay special.
The experience was one in a million.. We spent a marvellous week on our honeymoon in Mitsis summer palace and we were more than satisfied. The newly renovated room with the pool, the stunning views, the wonderful service we received. Big thanks to the staff and especially Eleni the hostess of the main restaurant. Such a wonderful, accommodating person with excellent communication skills and a willingness to help everyone. Would definitely come back
