Built in 2009, this beach hotel consists of a total of 238 accommodation units. Guests are welcomed in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service. Facilities include air conditioning, a currency exchange, lift access to the upper floors, a hairdressing salon, TV lounge, children's playground and a car park. Business travellers will appreciate the conference facilities, and both room and laundry services are available for a fee. The hotel also has its own café and bar.
The spacious accommodation units with garden or sea views include a long list of pampering guest amenities such as a king-size bed with luxurious bedding. High-speed Internet access is available in guest rooms (for a fee). The luxury villas include private pools. All are en suite with a shower, bath and hairdryer. Further standard in-room amenities include a direct dial telephone, satellite/cable TV, radio, safe, minibar, tea and coffee making facilities, and individually regulated air conditioning and heating. Guests also enjoy outdoor space in the form of a balcony or terrace

We choose this Hotel to have a family holiday with our children and their partners. The Hotel was fantastic, and was real value for money, it’s in a great location and has a very friendly atmosphere. Every member of staff made you feel welcome and we’re always helpful. The rooms were big enough and very well kept. Overall the stay was great value for money.
We also wish to say thank you to the entertainment team, Mateusz, Marco, Ida, Sole & Emelie for organizing various activities to get involved in, every day. They are a credit to themselves.

It’s our last evening here and gutted we didn’t do 2 weeks . The grounds an hotel are stunning, the staff are amazing and the food is out of this world. Only slight criticism is a bar on the beach would be lovely but not essential. Definitely be back again . A beautiful island and beautiful hotel . What else can anyone ask for. I could live here .
A review of two halves really. The good parts were really good; the food and accommodation were excellent. What spoiled the experience was around the main pool area where there was a dire lack of toilets. Only two cubicles were available for males, and no urinals, located in a poky little building behind the bar, with just one hand basin. The female toilet were the same. Queues formed regularly outside both male and female facilities. The bar itself frequently seemed to be understaffed again with queues forming. This, for a 5-star resort was unacceptable. The pool was a poor design with no steps and handrail to enter and leave the water which is standard these days in most resorts. The pool was a uniform depth of 1.4 metres with only vertical ladders to exit the water. Considering the number of elderly people, this made life difficult for some. The loungers were basic and not comfortable, and a little tired. They need replacing with items with an updated design and greater comfort. The beach area was small but adequate. The sea was was clear and mostly calm and shallow, providing good and safe swimming. Away from the pool, in the main building, the evening entertainment was good with very good bar service. The paths around the resort consisted of square cobbles which were not easy to negotiate in the wrong footwear, and definitely not for anyone with a disability.
This review is aimed at ‘people with less walking ability’ who need the aid of a walker/rollator. When we arrived there was slopes up to reception & the doorways are wide! We were given welcome drinks and ushered to sit down, until we were allocated a room. The room that we were first allocated was up 2 flights of stairs ( my husband carried my rollator upstairs & I carefully managed the stairs). The room itself was spacious enough for me to move around with the rollator: We had a good sized balcony with an excellent view! We were going to be there for 2 weeks, so I couldn’t go up & down steps 3/4 times a day! So next day we were allocated a room on the ground floor, which after a short walk, was in easy access to the lifts inside the main building for restaurant/spa/reception & shop. The room also had a balcony but with a more obscured view: we didn’t mind though! It was totally accessible, but on cobbles & over grass! I’ve got large gel wheels on my Rollator : I don’t recommend small wheels as they could get caught in the cobbles & cause an accident.
