The Akti Palace hotel is located in the area called Tholari, just 4 km east of Kardamena, 20 km from Kos Town, 10 km from the airport and to a short distance to all attraction areas of Kos Island.
The hotel consists of 15 buildings which are scattered around of 35.000m2 of gardens. It looks like a small modern village with pathways and plazas.
The seafront deluxe modern style facilities and accommodation of 189 units are influenced by Dodecanese style architecture.
- Based on COVID-19 guidlines and regulations, we are implementing all necessary health measures on-top of the hotels' already exemplary sanitation procedures, high hygiene and cleanliness standards, to ensure a safe environment for all our guests and staff. Our Ultra-All-Inclusive concept of food and drinks available 24 hours a day in one of our restaurants and bars, will remain the same.
Any guest who prefers not to have daily room cleaning, must inform reception staff upon arrival. Our indoor heated pool will remain closed. Activities requiring team sports such as football, basketball, water polo, etc. will be prohibited.
All additional safety measures which will be introduced must be followed by both guests and employees.

Full body massage
Esmeralda provided the full body massage (Cretan) which was fantastic, rekaxing and revitalising. Will go again during my stay - highly recommended!

Our 5th visit! Still a wonderful, relaxing escape with just a few minor flaws
It is our fifth time visiting Akti Palace for a week of rest. The hotel feels like an old, comfortable pair of shoes. I cannot give it a full 5-star rating because the property now needs some tender loving care (TLC). It is nothing terrible, but over the years, minor wear and tear has shown up. For example, paint is flaking on the wooden shade covers around the restaurant, and the pool area could use some minor repairs. Additionally, more shade options around the pool would be a welcome addition. That said, the highlights far outweigh these minor issues: Staff & Service: Absolutely fantastic throughout the resort. Food & Drinks: The food is good, featuring fresh sushi and fresh-squeezed orange juice at breakfast. The bars are good, though the color of the Negroni was a bit unusual. Dietary Options: Breakfast is great, but adding soy milk for lactose-intolerant guests would be a helpful improvement. Beach: A recent storm made the beach a bit smaller than in previous years, but there are still plenty of sunbeds. They are also building a new beach bar that will open soon. If you are looking for non-stop entertainment, this might not be the place for you. However, guests can easily visit the neighboring Akti Beach hotel for more activities. For us, besides a little aqua gym or stretching, we just want peace and quiet. Will we come back despite the need for some TLC? Absolutely. The hotel still feels wonderful.

Defo recommend!
Just back from holiday at this hotel and we could not fault it! Rooms are clean and up to date, aircon works, mini fridge, shower everything inside was spot on! All the staff are so friendly and helpful, and made it a joy to be there. Plenty of sunbeds around the main pool, infact they could fit more around it if needed. The hotel offers a free bus into town which is great as its just for your hotel too. Every morning we'd get a knock on the door for them to come in and refill our mini fridge, which is no extra cost! (beer, water, juice, wine) the rooms were cleaned everyday and new towels. The food was amazing something different everyday, even for my fussy 12 year old! The evening shows are over at the 'sister" hotel which is alot bigger so we didnt really go as it was abit over-whelming for me. So we stayed to watch the music shows at the our pool bar, and wow some of them were fab! Shame they arent different each week as we booked 10 nights so had seen 1 or 2 of them already but they was still really good. The beach next to the hotel is mainly pebbles so be warned! And them sunbeds do go quick. The pedalos are free to use at the beach so that was a extra bonus. We had a late flight coming home and was offered a room later that day for us to freshen up e.t.c free of charge which was amazin. If i had 1 bad thing to say about the hotel is I needed brown sauce for my breakfast haha, which to be honest is nothing to moan about! But over all I would defo recommend this hotel!
