Located across from the picturesque gold Sandy Makris Gialos beach in Kefalonia, this charming hotel is surrounded by rich greenery in an idyllic place. The island's capital city of Argostoli, with chic shops and tasteful cafes and restaurants, is a mere 1.5 kilometres away and the island's international airport is 6 kilometres away. The hotel offers air-conditioned accommodation with private, furnished balconies overlooking the Ionian Sea and swimming pool. All rooms feature modern decoration and bright colours and each unit has its own private entrance. Moreover, some rooms offer a seating area for extra space. The pool bar and restaurant offer Mediterranean cuisine and cocktails and guests can pamper themselves at the fantastic on-site swimming pool.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Do not trust them, they cancelled our stay just a few days before and when we were already in greece. When I called them they said they came up with an overbooking excuse, with all the technology there is in 2026 this is unacceptable. It wouldn’t happen in a serious hotel. So if you don’t want unfortunate surprises avoid them.
Very good location, nice and clean; What it was not so good: the brekfast, with omletă from powder eggs
For the amount paid, there is no value for money. Small hotel, good location close to airport and 2 very nice sandy beaches. In need of some renovation for sure. Staff ok.
This is a wonderful hotel, great rooms clean, food is good and feels upmarket. Food is wonderful, reception staff and Helen on the bar. Unfortunately there is a guy who works late afternoon and evenings who is so unpleasant, rude, opinionated, political, can decide where he’s from. If it was t for my wife I would have thrown him out Myself. Walked upto the bar said how are you and all I got was just tell me what you want. I won’t be the first or last and the owner needs to get him away from facing the public. No room for rude people who are able to get away with it.
The staff is very very friendly and is eager to assist. However, this an older hotel and is dated especially for the price . Very pricey. They charge for beach towels and the use of the safe in your room . I have stayed in hotels in many European countries and not encountered this before. After approximately 11 pm the reception is locked and there is no one to assist you if required. This hotel is located within walking distance to 2 beaches. The breakfast is average. Unfortunately I would not go back to this hotel the next time I am in Kefalonia
