Mediterranee Hotel

Second time back and definitely won’t be our last. We had the most amazing 10days. We were welcomed back with fruit and wine which was a lovely touch. We requested the same room as last year and this was given, though we completely would have understood if this was not possible. All staff were friendly and made us feel extremely welcome and like we were old friends. Great location for beach and the restaurants and shops in Lassi. Hotel shop is great for essentials such as the large bottles of water. The pool is lovely and warm and is a great place to meet new people and have a chat. Made some wonderful friends, some who we met last year and new ones from this year. We had a couple of not so good days at the bar for lunch (main bar not pool or beach)- food was absolutely fine but we were missed by staff for a long period of time and waited long time to receive food and even the bottle of water- I know from last year this is not usual practice and very much depended who was on shift. It was a bit disappointing but definitely not a deal breaker for whether we would return. My daughter and I always feel very safe in Kefalonia and particularly at the hotel and I know if we’d have needed anything the hotel would have been there to help us out. Given use of a courtesy room on our last day as we had a late pick up for flight, which was very handy. We wouldn’t hesitate to come back again and already looking for good deals to be able to book for next year We had the absolute best holiday and well needed rest, thank you Mediterranee hotel

Excellent location right by restaurants and bars and a 15 minute drive from airport . Hotel is right on the beach and near to a small sandy cove, good snorkelling. Pool and bar area very clean and maintained. Sun beds always available even in the afternoon. Staff are very friendly and helpful, we left our car keys in the room drawer didn’t realise until we got to the airport a quick phone call to Katrina and she arranged for a courier to get then to us before we took off. The rooms are comfortable particularly the sea view rooms. Meals were excellent (HB), plenty of choice. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous 👌 already booked next year , small hotel easy to get around , beach easy walk or there is a lift . Lovey restaurant near. BUTLER IS GREAT FOOD THERE .
