Very impressed with our recent stay at Sani Dunes. The hotel has a wonderfully calm and relaxing atmosphere, making it the perfect place to unwind. The staff went above and beyond throughout our holiday, consistently providing exceptional service and making us feel truly welcome. A special mention must go to Ionna, who provided exemplary service from start to finish. Her professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly approach made our stay even more memorable. She is a real credit to the hotel. We thoroughly enjoyed our holiday and would not hesitate to recommend Sani Dunes to anyone looking for a luxurious and relaxing getaway. This was our first experience of Sani. We went to Sani Dunes. If you’re looking for a holiday paradise that doesn’t require a long haul flight from the UK then this is definitely worth a consideration. Genuinely couldn’t fault any of it. We would like to thank all of the staff that worked so hard to make us feel welcome and appreciated. Have to mention Elena, our dedicated concierge who is a true role model and ambassador for Sani resort. Thank you.
This was our 4th time at Sani Dunes in the last 5 years, and this visit was as impressive as our other 3. The attention to detail that Sani Dunes (and all other Sani hotels for that matter) offer is unparalleled. And its not just the aesthetics that I am referring to (rooms are beautiful, gardens are immaculately curated, pools are exceptional, the beaches...just wow!) but the service.. its just up there with the VERY best. Its one of those very few resorts where you are addressed by name unlike others where you are just a number. And then, there's the food.... I mean, over 30 restaurants to choose from and one better than the other. Our favourites are Lima, El Puerto and Fresco but this year we also tried Ouzerie at Sani Club and it was ecxeptional. Will we go again? 100% ...we are already looking at dates for next year. Sani, is and will definitely be our family destination for many years to come.
For us this is heaven on earth. The location is perfect. Just a short drive from the airport and sitting luxuriously on the beach front. The rooms are spacious and clean with plenty of amenities. And even though the rooms aren’t the cheapest available, I still believe we get value for money each time. All that said I do believe this is heaven on earth.
Something that stands out above all is the staff and the service. Nothing it all much trouble. Whether it’s getting the correct pillow from the pillow menu. Having the gym open 24/7. Getting the right foods due to allergies or simply preferences. Nothing as too much trouble.
An example was a particular cocktail I fancied which wasn’t on the menu. Anthi wasn’t sure how to make it and instead of searching on line and risking getting it wrong, she asked me and I explained. It was the best version of that particular cocktail I have had. Truly excellent and credit to Anthi for asking.
A couple of other notable shoutouts. Cristiana manages Fresco and new in advance when we were coming for dinner. She somehow remembered our favourite bottle of wine from last year and had it ready as a welcome back drink when we arrived.
Also Maria at guest relations. She made sure everything was perfect. Planning our restaurant reservations in advance. Arranging the private transfer once we landed. Even ensuring a lovely welcome glass of champagne and that our room was ready on arrival for an early check-in. She is excellent and I’m sure it’s only a matter of time before she wins promotion to hotel manager!!
For now though there is an excellent manager in place, Mr Nicos. We received an email ahead of arrival checking if we have a specific requirements for when we get here and seeing if we needed anything specific. I asked if he could arrange a sunset cruise for our wedding anniversary and not only did he sort it out but also surprised us with a nice bottle of champagne on board. A true gentleman.
Lots more too in terms of the staff. Too many to name and not enough character space to do so. But collectively it’s understandable why we’ve been coming for years and will continue to do so.

Everything was perfect, the atmosphere, the restaurants, the rooms and everything else. The staff’s behaviour was extremely professional. Our hostess in the past two years was Elena Avgerinopoulou and she has always been extremely kind, hospitable and friendly! Our overall experience was great, me and my family would definitely recommend staying at Sani!
