⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5+ Stars – Alexandra Truly Went Above & Beyond!

I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about Alexandra at Sani Club. Her incredible service actually began before we even arrived at the resort. From the moment we were preparing for our trip, Alexandra was already helping us, answering questions, organising things in advance and making sure everything would be perfect for our arrival. We felt completely looked after before our holiday had even begun!

Once we arrived, she somehow went even further above and beyond. Her level of care, attention to detail and genuine warmth was unlike anything we have experienced before.

Nothing was ever too much trouble. Alexandra gave us incredible one-on-one attention and truly personal service throughout our entire stay. From making sure we had the perfect pillows and were completely comfortable in our room, to booking our dinners, arranging and booking activities for our daughter, organising our plans and taking care of every little detail, she made our entire holiday feel completely effortless.

What touched us most was the personal attention she gave our daughter. She took the time to get to know her, made such a fuss of her, helped choose and book activities she would love and genuinely made her feel so special. As parents, that meant the absolute world to us. It never felt as though Alexandra was simply doing her job — she genuinely cared about our whole family.

And on top of all of that, she was just so much FUN! Warm, funny, energetic and amazing to be around. She brought such a positive energy to our holiday and somehow managed to provide the highest level of professional service while making us feel completely relaxed and at home.

What really says everything about Alexandra is that her care didn’t stop when her working hours ended. She even helped us on her way home while driving, when she absolutely did not have to. From helping us before we had even arrived, to looking after us throughout every day of our stay, to still being there for us outside of her working hours — that is a level of dedication you simply cannot teach.

By the end of our stay, Alexandra felt like so much more than someone looking after us at the resort. She became a true friend to us and someone our whole family absolutely adores. Her kindness and care are completely genuine, and we feel incredibly lucky to have met her.

The service at Sani Club was impeccable, but Alexandra took it to another level entirely. She is an absolute credit to Sani and represents luxury hospitality at its very highest level — personal, thoughtful, attentive, fun and genuinely caring.

If we could give 10 stars, we would! Alexandra, thank you for everything — for helping us before we even arrived, the endless personal attention, the dinners, the activities, the pillows, the laughs, the special attention you gave our daughter and for being there for us even when you weren’t working.

We had an absolutely wonderful family holiday at Sani Club. From the moment we arrived until our departure, everything was exceptionally well organised and the level of service was outstanding.

What impressed us most was the staff. Everyone we met was genuinely friendly, attentive and professional, always ready to help and making us feel truly welcome. This personal approach makes a huge difference and is one of the main reasons Sani Club stands out from other resorts we have visited.

The resort itself is beautiful, peaceful and very well maintained. We loved the beach, the pools, the excellent restaurants and the variety of activities available for both adults and children. The Dine Around programme was also a great experience and gave us the opportunity to enjoy many different restaurants throughout Sani Resort.

Our room was comfortable and very clean, and the whole resort has a wonderful atmosphere that makes it easy to relax from the first day.

It was a fantastic experience for our entire family and one of those holidays you genuinely don't want to end. Thank you to the whole Sani Club team for making our stay so special.

Beautiful boutique style holiday resort within the forest. Beautiful views. Pool is clean and good service. Rooms are individual bungalows which I really liked. Sea views. Very tranquil. Staff lovely. Really expensive but worth it for a few nights. I wouldn’t stay more than 5-7 nights. You can use all the restaurants within the Sani resorts to mix it up. Just pre book before you go to avoid disappointment.
