Great experience
We truly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend it. Excellent location, spotless and very well-maintained, with outstanding service. The food was delicious with a great variety of choices. It was a wonderful experience in a peaceful and relaxing place.
Family holiday
fantastic—so kind, welcoming and genuinely unable to do enough for you. Everyone made such a fuss of our little girl, which was a huge plus for my wife and really made us feel at home. The hotel itself is very well maintained, with some lovely areas to relax in during the evening. At times, it genuinely felt like we were sitting in a beautiful rooftop bar overlooking the sea. The views are simply spectacular. The beach, although not private, is lovely, and the staff work extremely hard to keep everything running smoothly. The beach bar is also a great addition. You can enjoy soft drinks and beer as part of the all-inclusive package, although food and other drinks are charged separately. Personally, we think that’s perfectly reasonable—after all, it’s a 4-star hotel. As a little family, we had a fantastic time here. It was a relaxing, enjoyable holiday, and one that we’ll look back on and treasure for many years to come.
Excellent and complete experience
We had a great time in Akhratos hotel which offers everything a guest may ask or need. The whole team, led by Eduardo, were so kind and helpful and made our stay a true pleasure. This goes for the hotel, as well as for the superb beach and the beach bar.
Asteris and the maids are the best!
Hotel Review
We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. The hotel itself was absolutely stunning, but what really made our stay so special was the incredible effort the staff made for our baby’s first birthday.
Everyone was so kind, welcoming and thoughtful, and they went above and beyond to make the occasion memorable for us. A very special mention to Asteris at the pool bar, who was absolutely lovely and always so friendly. He really made us feel welcome throughout our stay.
I’d also like to give a huge thank you to the maids, who went the extra mile by decorating our baby’s room for their first birthday. It was such a lovely surprise and a really thoughtful touch. They were also incredibly kind and caring.
The only downside for us was the transfer time to the hotel, but that is obviously not the hotel’s fault and wouldn’t stop us from returning.
Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would highly recommend this beautiful hotel, especially for the wonderful staff who made our baby’s first birthday so special. ❤️
Did not want to leave
I have no negatives but only positive things about this hotel.
We knew about the long transfer (roughly 2 hours) as been to this area before but its definitely worth the extra bit of time in the coach.
Stunning views especially from the pool area. We had fantastic sunsets each night.
Every single member of staff were exceptional. They were friendly, helpful. What I did like to see was management mingling during the day and evening. He was making sure you were happy etc....something I've never experienced.
The hotel was kept extremely clean. This also included the beach.
There are no sunbed wars...beach and pool.
The food was good and my very fussy children did not go hungry.
Would we go back....oh yes we would and first time in a while we all didn't want to leave.
My only regret was not booking more days.
