Serenity Suites consist of a complex with newly built and luxurious suites located in Nikiti, Chalkidiki. A new accommodation proposal that emphasizes on modern design, high aesthetics and comfort. Serenity Suites comprise 4 different types of suites, which can accommodate 2 to 4 people. All suites are modernly designed and very comfortable as they offer equipped kitchen, LCD TV with satellite channels, bathing products, bathrobe and free WIFI. The private balconies of the suites have a view to the pool and to the places-rooms that people share in the complex. Serenity Suites dispose a reception, restaurants, bakery and many other services in a close distance, that can cover the catering needs of the accommodators by delivering their order to their room.
Take advantage of recreation opportunities such as an outdoor pool or take in the view from a terrace and a garden. Additional features at this aparthotel include complimentary wireless Internet access and concierge services.
Due to the surrounding area and the number of steps around the hotel, it may not be suitable for those with mobility difficulties.
Currently sat on the sun lounger here whilst writing this review. So it’s check out day and asked about keeping the room on etc as we don’t fly until tonight and getting picked up at 6pm. We was allowed to keep the room on until 1pm then we had to check out, which is fair enough. So we have checked out left with not even a toilet we are allowed to use. We have no where to shower before our flight (which actually can go without) but not a single toilet to use. I just went to reception to ask if there’s a toilet to be told no I asked if there was a staff toilet again told no. I was told I would have to go and buy a coffee at one of the local coffee shop and use there’s how unprofessional. I’m so annoyed by this comment. Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t using the toilet a basic need ????
Hotel on the other hand is lovely, it’s peaceful with nothing going on if that’s the kind of vibe you are looking for, rooms are lovely however we was given room 208 the only room not overlooking the pool and stuck in the corner all you can see from your balcony is someone’s door. When we asked to move we were told the hotel was full but we sat around the pool each day with rooms that looked empty. I think Customer service here is very basic.
Pool area very clean and sunbeds are lovely. Just be mindful there’s no where to eat or drink here not even a little bar. The only place you can get a drink is a vending machine ( never seen anything like it)
Area is nice with a gorgeous sunset and a good amount of restaurants. If you want an English breakfast you will get bacon eggs salad and ham ( strange I know) we went into the old town which had one restaurant over 3 different levels which was romantic (wouldn’t take children) lovely surroundings.
Overall very disappointed with the hotel just goes to show something so small can spoil your holiday and we will not be returning for this reason. So if you’re thinking about booking this hotel make sure you have an early flight home.
We were a bit nonplussed when we arrived because the apartments look onto wasteland by day, a car park by evening, and that isn’t what we’re used to. However, we were won over by the luxury, the halogen heating rings, the very tasteful decor, the peacefulness, and the exceptionally-comfortable sleep we enjoyed. The pool was surprisingly cold and we have no idea why, but we gradually got used to it..sort of.. the location is also perfect - very quiet yet literally a five minute walk from the bustling, vibrant sea front with its dozen or so bars and restaurants. We thought Nikiti seemed very big and crowded when we arrived, but as we got our bearing we began to think it’s a perfect holiday resort. There are enough tavernas and bars to offer a good choice, but not too many to be overwhelming - and they were all very friendly and welcoming, not remotely jaded from a busy tourist summer. In the other direction from the apartment, about a ten minute walk away, are two supermarkets and pharmacies with everything you might need. Special thanks to the Serenity Suite staff, particularly Dmitri, who looked after us so well.
Loved it here. Spotlessly clean, friendly and exceptionally hard working staff. Dimitri greeted us when we arrived, he was super helpful as all the staff were.
Modern, tasteful design, comfortable beds, quiet peaceful surroundings. Great pool and loungers, towels provided.
Good location, close to the beach and amenities. The Mall is great for treats. Arsanas restaurant is lovely. Ecomotion is a great car hire company, all are close by.
Beautifull and clean Apartments close to the sea and center of Nikiti. A Nice swimming pool. Good hosts. We enjoyed our Holiday in Serenity Suites . Nikiti is Beautifull and rent a boat in Vourvourou .
“It’s all perfect”….that was my wife’s response when I asked for any comments for this review for Serenity Suites Nikiti.
Nikiti it self is a lovely town with plenty of restaurants along the beach (the strip) to keep you fed and watered all week. Serenity Suites is set back from ‘the strip’ and is only a couple of minutes walk to the beach. There’s currently some building work going on but that didn’t disturb us at all.
The complex consists of 20 apartments set around the pool all of which are kept spotlessly clean on a daily basis…..they even moped the tiled area around the pool every morning.
We were staying in a ground floor suite (room 101) which was perfect. The room was modern and consisted of a small kitchenette, bathroom and bedroom including a fold out day bed. The room was cleaned daily and always looked spotless. I know mattresses and pillows are a personal thing but we found these very comfortable too.
The staff were all lovely and very polite.
I could go on but if you’re thinking of going you really won’t be disappointed….we will certainly be going back again.
FYI….if you do go Google Ergon Beach House and visit them. A really lovely beach cafe / restaurant…the best breakfast roll I have ever had.
